Throwing together with the stillness of the sky, uttering "Ha" strongly nine times, this is the ninth. Stand up with a rounded gait. Thumbs on the side of the back of the foot, four fingers tapping from below the front of the kidneys, expelling the air, twisting together up and down to the left and right, this is the tenth. Vajra posture, the insteps of the feet protruding to the outside of the left and right thighs. Vajra knot (with the thumbs separated), using the left and right thumbs to make a gesture of tying a belt, rotating the entire body to the left and right three times (6). Crossing the left and right hands in front or behind, grabbing the insteps of the feet. Raising the back (body down to the left and right) squeezing, this is the eleventh. These four are the instructions of Panchen Dawa Gon. First, make a hugging mudra at the heart, twisting (fists) left and right (alternating 3). The upper air should be harmed and pulled left and right (alternating 6), then lie supine and tighten the calves of the legs, stretching and contracting slowly with force. When stretching, release the downward-moving air. When contracting, pull (3), this is the twelfth. This is the instruction of the Dpal tradition transmitted from Panchen Shakya Shri. Thus twelve, or add two more: stand up and shake the air. After measuring and turning, place a cubit between the two legs. Hand 4-716 Grasp the knees. (Kneecaps) twist left and right. (Alternating 6) When lowering down, without bending the legs, bring the thighs, calves, and buttocks together at the same time. This is called the Four Continents Twist and Drop, the thirteenth. Squatting down, extending the left and right hands from the outside of the legs. Grasping the ankles of the feet with four fingers. With strong air combination, and the waist extended and bent, pulling to the left and pulling to the right, pulling up with the hands. Pressing down with the feet (alternating), this is called the Four Continents Twist, the fourteenth. The latter of these, placed on a hip cushion. With the two soles of the feet unsupported, doing as above, it will be more compact. These two (Orgyen) are very similar to that in the close practice, perhaps taken from there. Thus, starting from the Great Root Practice, up to this point, there are fifty-nine Trulkhor, complete.

All of these, during the time of vital energy operation and retention, are very necessary, purifying the body, dispelling obstacles, and becoming beneficial in various ways. These must be done completely, day after day, without interruption. If the vase breathing is practiced diligently, all old illnesses will disappear, and new ones will not arise, without doubt and proven by experience. If the activity flourishes, then do not doubt. Obstacles to meditation will also dispel all the old ones, and new ones will not arise. In between these, there are types of "throws" needed for the general pattern of physical exercise. Vajra full lotus posture, etc., with hands covering the knees, lifting and striking the buttocks. (Vajra hands, fists crossed at the heart) Jumping and striking in full lotus posture. The hands also (alternately left and right) rotate and shake on the head. In the full lotus posture, stand up with knees raised, fists thrown into the sky, buttocks striking the ground, and fists on the chest 4-717 striking. This is separated from the small "throw", divided into small, medium, and large. (One breath seven times) Similarly, the medium "throw" (hands fists crossed at the heart, legs) extending (and mind in full lotus) contracting (twice). (One breath seven times) The large "throw" extending (mind in full lotus) contracting (Vajra) full lotus posture. All three must be learned. (One breath about seven times) Thus, there are sixty-five Trulkhor. It should be shown to those who have received guidance in vital energy operation and retention. Twenty Trulkhor of Remembrance Guidance combined with the Guru's Oral Instructions. ༆ Homage to गुरु(Tibetan, Devanagari, guru, Teacher). If the Remembrance Guidance combined with the Guru's Oral Instructions is well received, then the practice of these Trulkhor should be given along with the explanation of the words. Among them, the first is the sixfold union, on the basis of preparation, face down, bend the knees, and prop the elbows on the ground. (1) Cross the two hands in Vajra fists at the neck. (2) Tighten the four limbs of the body, release the lower gate, and press the abdomen against the spine. (3) Curl the tongue and press it against the palate. (4) Straighten the back of the neck, and look at the crown of the head with the eyes. (5) Recite ཧུཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable) and ཧལ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, hal, seed syllable) (6), thus possessing the sixfold union. (Without holding the breath) Again, from there, (Vajra) full lotus posture
