Twenty-first, and these three (winds) with the head tilted back are pulled strongly to the left, right, and center. After that, do short "Ha" sounds and rear pats twenty-one times, do long "Ha" sounds and large pats twenty-one times, this is called expelling impurities. Twentieth is, from the preparatory posture, bend the body. Fix the elbows (and) knees on the ground. While exhaling the upper wind with a "Ha" sound, tighten and release the anus downwards. Hold the eunuch's wind as much as possible. Again, inhale and stand up, stretch your arms and legs. In the state of tilting the head back, do the three key points of the wind as before. Inhale again and then slap on the mat. 4-723 In a squatting or cross-legged position, do the key points of the wind, etc., as before. Then tighten the secret place and do no less than three small downward pushes, this is called complete control. Thus, the former of the two is a combination of guiding and spreading, and the latter is a combination of holding, coiling, and twisting. This is the close transmission oral instruction personally taught by Bibhuti Chandra to Shawaripa. At the end of these, the downward pushes mentioned above are very important. In this way, these twenty trul khor, which include almost all the traditional methods of those who remember oral instructions, are the practical methods summarized by Mönmé Drakkhawa Drakpa Senge and Sönpa Chöpel Sangpo and others. In this way, this explanation of the practice of trul khor, which is very necessary for approaching the six-branched path of yoga, was also written very clearly by Gyalkhampa Taranatha without any concealment or confusion. Auspicious! Good! (The notes and Agu, etc., are based on the practice of Zathang Monastery, the oral transmission of Thubten Gyurme Gyatso, and the oral transmissions of Geshe Rinpoche and Lama Rigchok, etc. Although there is a basis, they are not written in the text.) May virtue and goodness increase! By creating this white virtue, May all sentient beings Have temporary and ultimate Endless glory and auspiciousness! This was also written by Mati.
