In short, the hands form the five-pronged vajra mudra, tightened at the waist. The other six practices are the same, tightening the lower gate, expanding the abdomen outward, the key point of the wind is the natural cessation (of holding outward), and the mind rests in the sky. Second is the tigress's vomiting method: stand up, stretch out your arms, with the two thumbs in front, one grasping the other, placed about an elbow's length in front. While pressing down the air, the knees and elbows almost touch, the forearms and shins touch the ground. Then say "Haha Ka," straighten your legs and feet, tighten your back, and twist (the upper body) to the right, left, and middle three directions (from that state). Also, inhale with a short "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hum), and twist with the accompanying empty sound. (Wind to the right, left, and middle three directions) Then (put down your knees and sit down or sit comfortably), strike your armpits with your fists, and say "Haka." Third is the elephant's swaying method: the posture is mostly similar to it, (standing, etc. is the same as above) hold your hands in fists, place them one span high, and press them against the ground. (While pressing down the air, the knees and elbows almost touch, the forearms and shins touch the ground, then say "Haha Ka," change to saying "Hang") When straightening the four limbs, pull with the secret wind accompanied by the empty (Hum's) sound. (Left and right) When twisting (the elephant's swaying posture), stretch the middle wind with the practice of "Phat" (Tibetan: ཕཊ,Devanagari: फट्,Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ,Literal meaning: Phat) (no need to say). Also, make the elbows and knees almost touch the ground, while expanding the abdomen outward (hands to the left and right) twist the ground. Straighten your legs and feet again, and while tightening your back, say "Hehe." Fourth is the crow's alternating method: kneel and stand up, cross your fists at your heart, slightly straighten your elbows, and twist your elbows (first to the right three times) from your nose with a subtle "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hum) (exhaling), pull your upper body (to the right). When the exhalation is finished, do three, five, seven, etc., any suitable number of times in an alternating posture. (Grasp the air, and stretch to the left and both sides in the same way) Divided into three types by distinguishing between left, right, and both sides. Fifth is the lion's posture: block the ears with the thumbs, block the eyes with the index fingers, block the nose with the middle fingers, clamp the lips between the ring finger and the little finger, block the anus with one heel, and block the genitals with the other, straighten the elbows (slowly) to the right.

Rotating left and right, (More than twice) three three. (Quickly) coiling like a rope (left and right) six times. After closing the nine orifices, release, making the sound "I-ha" to shake (the nine orifices) and pat. Alternately pinch the nose with both hands, 4-719 And shake (left and right) and pat again. The sixth is the filling shake, making the distance between the four limbs one cubit each, placing the knees and fists on the ground. Forcefully compress the air into the lower abdomen, shaking once as if breaking the right arm (1), the left arm (2), and both arms (3). Then straighten the legs and blow air from the middle of the nose and mouth, making a "hu-hu" sound (head) shake. The seventh is the preta posture, performing breath shaking while standing. The legs are in a rounded sitting posture, and the hands are retracted as if measuring length. Lower the fists from the secret place, With the buttocks almost not touching the ground, and the fists placed on the ground. Make a "hi-hik" sound (back) bend and stretch. Then twist (back) left and right and shake. Inhale vigorously again, and stand up with clenched fists. Stretch both fists (hands retracted and placed on the ground, making a "hi-hik" sound, the same as before) behind the back. Raise the back of the head and make a "hi-hik" sound. The key to the body is like the letter ཀ་, only in the state of pressing down on the key connection of the air channels, Do the same (i.e.) three times. These seven are the secret instructions of the Dro tradition transmitted by Pandit Chandragupta. First is grasping, then three reversals, and the last three are universal. Although there are two different practice methods for these, this one is recorded because it has a larger contraction. The eighth is (Vajra) lotus posture, with fists placed on the thighs. Perform four shakes while filling and inhaling, shaking the whole body, which is a small introduction. The ninth is to stand up, at the end of measuring the length, wrap both hands from the inside of the thighs. Stretch from the toes, flip the hips upwards, and make the sound "I" (sound of breath), imagining the subtle ventriloquism strongly guided to the 4-720 six chakras. Finally, raise the head and exhale with a "ha" sound, which is called the middle-guided abdominal guidance. The tenth is, starting from the lotus posture with the buttocks supported in a squatting position with the feet together, (abdomen) filling (upward) stretching, (abdomen) filling (downward) pressing.
