Standing up from..., straighten the calf. Pull hard with your hands from the instep. Raise your head and say "HUM" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), (holding the breath), then without bending the legs, strike the thighs, buttocks and hips together. Again, twist (upwards) and pull from the instep (from both left and right) and bow your head. Immediately raising the back of the head and saying "HUM" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is more effective for guiding. Eleventh: Stand up and place the ankle of the left foot on the inner thigh of the right leg. Make fists with your hands and stretch and contract them as if measuring steps, bouncing about seven times and rotating to the right. At the same time, strike the head, ribs, breasts, back, hips, and abdomen with your fists (two), and after shaking and massaging the whole body, drop (the hips) to the ground. Do the same on the left side, which is called jumping and shaking. Twelfth: Similar to the Khung Dren and preparation, but without verbally guiding "I" and "Ha", fill with air and while inhaling, do four shakes, and (from the toes) pull right, pull left, and pull center, all with contractions. Then release the toes that were held and drop (the hips) to the ground. Massage and stretch all parts of the body, (with hands forming the five-pronged vajra mudra, bending the middle fingers into hollows, or with the thumb, index finger, and middle finger) make corner holes, and slap, etc., as much as possible. Thirteenth: Lie on your back and bring your knees to your chest. Extend your fists forcefully above your hips. Direct the breath from the mouth and nose to the soles of the feet, then twist (the breath) left and right three times (alternating three times). Then, stretch and contract all limbs forcefully, right hand and left foot at the same time (3), left hand and right foot at the same time (3). Also, sit in a lotus position and massage, stretch, press, drill, slap, etc., as much as possible, which is called complete stretching. Thus, of the six actions, the first three are mainly guiding, and the last three are mainly stretching. This is the unparalleled essential life advice, various methods transmitted from Ratnarakshita and Shakya Shri, these are the long lineage of Vibhuti Chandra. Fourteenth: Place the abdomen on the ground and thoroughly (press or) twist the air into the abdomen. Stretch and contract the four limbs forcefully (3), this is the lion shaking exercise. Fifteenth

Furthermore, extend the legs forward. The right hand pulls from the left (leg's) heel. The left hand pulls from the right arm (while pulling), twisting to the right, left, and center three places. (Do the same to the left in reverse). The vital energy should be like a man. (While doing vase breathing, push the stomach outwards, it is said that this is the combination of man and vase breathing). Combining the two vase breathings to do, it is called twisting and stretching. Sixteenth, sit in the lotus position, with hands joined in prayer above the head. Bend the head. Rotate the neck. Shake the upper body. Bend the waist. Twist the lower body. Coordinate with the body exercises of each part. The palms also touch those parts, stretching the elbows to grasp. Finally, press on the buttocks. Slightly (extend) the body (backwards). Extend and contract the four limbs three times. Then shake vigorously, that is, extend three times. Seventeenth, (exhale, do not inhale) press the instep of the foot on the ground. Place the two fists (crossed) on the shoulders, and straighten the elbows. The two knees should also be like the wings of a swan. Lower the head (touching the knees). Make the body tremble. Vigorously press the masculine energy (into the stomach). Slightly turn the body to the left and right, this is the majesty of the lion. Eighteenth, do the vajra posture. Cross the hands and hug the left knee. Bend the head towards the knee and pull towards the right arm. Do the same in reverse, this is the posture of the peacock. These five are the methods of guiding, extending, and controlling all three, which are the traditions of Tsami and Galo. The profound and important parts were taken from the instructions of Nyöton Öma and Zhang Tsalpa. Nineteenth, (vajra posture) place the fists on the thighs. Lower the head. Pull up the lower energy (exhale), do a strong emptying. (In this state) gather there about twenty-one Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽). Then immediately stand up, cover the knees with both hands, and do the same vital energy point as before. Inhale the air. Lower the head, swallow saliva, and while suppressing the upper energy, gradually pull up the lower energy and relax the back of the neck. While sitting and reciting twenty-one Hūṃs (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽), stand up and recite Hūṃ
