That which is manifest will immediately disappear. Therefore, the limb of investigation is: in equipoise, the nature of the cessation of dualistic appearance of otherness on emptiness-form. The limb of joy is: by focusing on emptiness-form, joy and bliss arise in body and mind. Moreover, when a little bliss arises inwardly, the thought arises, "This is bliss," and subsequently a little clinging and attachment arise. Regarding this, some say that the so-called joy is non-attachment to form. Thus they proclaim, not understanding that the Sanskrit root of non-attachment, the negative "a" combined with the previous letter, the earlier translators mistakenly translated it as "attachment." Thus they say, and in their own system they also explain that because they have realized the inseparability of form and mind, it means freedom from attachment to form. However, most early Tibetans explained that, for the yogi's mind, attachment to form means that emptiness-form and mind are not related, meaning that emptiness is not separate. In any case, if explained in terms of the bliss it evokes, then both explanations are valid. If explained only in terms of its own nature, then neither explanation is consistent with "joy." However, it should be done this way: this joy is the joy and bliss evoked by emptiness-form, and there is also attachment to it, so it is expressed by the word "attachment." This is called the subsequent object of bliss, and the meaning of "subsequent" does not refer to external forms, etc., but to the meaning of conceptually focusing on bliss from the subsequent. Therefore, the nature of this limb is merely the bliss that arises from emptiness-form, and in this stage of the joy sequence, it is with attachment. Then, unwavering bliss is: that very samadhi becomes the nature of bliss, and there is no manifest attachment to it. Regarding what is called emptiness-form, bliss, and mind-essence, in equipoise, the grasping of otherness disappears, and the appearance of otherness also diminishes, it is the characteristic of extremely subdued bliss. Therefore, in the stage of unwavering bliss, the joint statement of form and mind also means the statement of the inseparability of form, mind, and bliss. Among them, the two stages of wisdom and investigation are to establish that the inseparability of form and mind has not yet been established, while the stage of investigation is the yoga of merely establishing inseparability, and joy-bliss

The sequence of the two is the yoga of accomplishment, stability, and perfection. Among these, when examining, the definite meaning stated is: it is not the definite understanding of conceptual thought, but the definite meaning is pervasive. Pervasiveness is also the meaning of mixture, that is, the grasper and the grasped are without difference, and become the meaning of being mixed into one. Some consider that understanding the reality is realized during the examination, and some consider that unwavering bliss is also unchanging bliss. If we contemplate in this way, considering the subtle part of directly seeing reality and the subtle part of unchanging bliss, then they are present even from the very first stage. If it is thought that these two reach the ultimate from this path, then it is too extreme and unreasonable. Also, some examine whether bliss is a bodily sensation or a mental sensation? Is it sense consciousness or mental consciousness? There are also those who are known as the Mudra school, the proponents of the six yogas who are attached to their own tenets. Some consider that all sensations of bliss are actually suffering, so unwavering bliss is not sensation, but great bliss cannot be found beyond abandoning sensations of bliss. Therefore, the initial practitioners call it "Ka Great Bliss" to recognize it. Some consider that in the face of momentary awareness, the taste of suffering and bliss is the same, and consider it to be the joy and bliss and great bliss of this time, and consider that there is no difference between its abiding and moving, etc., and consider it to be the unchanging meaning. Some consider that the current six entering consciousnesses, which can manifest various appearances, are the empty form Mahamudra that possesses the best of all forms. These are only similar in the way words are expressed, or only similar in one aspect of name and aspect, and it seems that they are inferred to be the same in meaning, like mistaking a bee for the king of Garuda. It should be known that this is completely defiled by the attachment to one's own view as superior. There is much to be said about this, but it will be discussed elsewhere. Thus, if all five limbs have arisen in the continuum of one person, then there is only a difference in the opposite aspect, and there is no difference from the perspective of essence. Because the time of initial attainment is different, the meditation of the wisdom limb alone is the sequence of wisdom, the meditation of the combination of wisdom and conceptual thought is the sequence of conceptual thought, and the meditation of the combination of wisdom, conceptual thought, and examination is...
