I, when the ten signs are all complete at the same time, and when the great bindu adorned with various images arises and subsides, and when the enjoyment of the complete Sambhogakaya appears there, and when the black lines appear in succession, there are twelve stages of high and low. These also appear after the branch of understanding has arisen in the continuum, so there are thirteen kinds of differences in signs, plus the two initial kinds of discernment and attention, which can also be made into fifteen kinds. If summarized, it is included in five branches, which are the order of the branch of wisdom, the branch of attention, the branch of understanding, the branch of joy, and the order of the branch of immovable bliss, so there are five branches and five orders. The tantra says: "Even meditation is wisdom, attention, understanding, joy, and immovable bliss, focusing on one point." The Great Commentary says that the recognition of these is as follows: "Similarly, for that form itself, what is called wisdom is seeing. What is called attention is grasping at things. What is called understanding is determining its meaning. What is called joy is attachment to form. What is called immovable bliss is making the mind one with form." It is said. Therefore, wisdom is focusing on the ten signs of luminosity. At the time of attention, the empty form is named with the name of things, and grasping is the meaning of understanding, and its characteristic is understanding, so the branch of attention is to understand that empty form as one's own mind. Attention is only understanding as mind, but in this stage of attention, it is not finally determined that it is completely not something other than mind. But understanding says that it is also to determine the meaning through understanding. Understanding is to realize that that empty form is only the nature of mind itself, and that there is no difference between object and subject, or grasper and grasped, or object of thought and subject of thought. Just as there is no smoke in the appearance of smoke, and there is no white in the burning of white, etc., it is a way of realization that is free from the grasped. Moreover, the nature of knowing, there are also no various kinds of knowing with and without distinction, but only experiencing in the nature of mind itself, which is a way of realization that is free from the grasper. Even if a slightly different dualistic appearance arises, dualistic grasping arises for that empty form.
