It is for the sake of accomplishing the bindu. Third, the six-limbed yoga is encompassed by the three virtues, namely: the two contemplations are the initial virtue, the two life-sustaining practices are the intermediate virtue, and the two mindfulness and samadhi are the final virtuous path. Thus, in the presence of the Bodhisattva Vajragarbha, it was also said, as the Blessed One said: {His [my] words are good in the beginning, good in the middle, and only good in the end. It is not that the beginning is good and the middle and end are not good, nor is it that the beginning and middle are not good and the end is good, nor is it that the beginning and end are not good and the middle is good, as children universally assume. First, the meditation of discrimination, in the middle, the meditation of the bliss of the two faculties, and finally, the meditation of non-discrimination, emptiness, and the meditation of great bliss.} These are untamed words, for from similar causes are born all the fruits seen therein. From the seed of Kotapa, the fruit of Salu does not arise. That which arises from the seed of discrimination, the fruit becomes with discrimination. That which arises from non-discrimination, the fruit becomes non-discrimination. Therefore, that cause is good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end. Thus it is said. In general, the Teacher's teachings, at the time of each individual being, only train in virtue, so the virtuous Dharma of the noble path is attained, and the virtuous nature of the fruit manifests, so it is also good in the beginning, middle, and end. Furthermore, because faith, joy, and wisdom are the causes, this Dharma is virtuous. It also appears that hearing, thinking, and meditating are combined, and all of these are complete in this. The uncommon aspect here is that although other aspects are already endowed with virtue, the meditation of discrimination, the pleasure of karmic conditions held as ultimate meaning, and the meditation of non-discriminating emptiness at the end of investigation, if judged by the ultimate definitive meaning, are the nature of the cause of samsara, so they are not extremely virtuous, nor are they the ultimate mandala, great bliss, and emptiness. This path initially accomplishes the ultimate mandala of emptiness and form, so it is initially good, and in the middle, from the cause of discrimination, the wind...

In the middle, one does good by cultivating the unchanging essential bindu. In the end, one does good by cultivating the unchanging essential bindu. Therefore, there are three goods. All three, beginning, middle, and end, are good because they are the appearance of non-conceptual, genuine wisdom that is free from examination. In general, the meaning of good is recognized as happiness together with its cause. The fourth is that abiding is the channels, moving is the winds, and arranging is the mind of enlightenment. These are known as the three bases. Among these, the two, separate thought and recollection, are the yoga of the channels, because they are the supreme means of purifying the channels. The two, life-holding, are for blocking the winds of the sun and moon. The two, mindfulness and samadhi, are the yoga of the bindu, because they are the path of melting bliss and the unchanging bindu. In sequence, they are the means of realizing the three, channels, winds, and bindu, of ultimate meaning. The fifth is as it is said: "These various distinctions, such as inferior, etc., the various principal methods of accomplishment, transform into three types. The three mudras and three states are the actions of the power of the three progressions and the supreme conceptualizations." And in the commentary it also says: "Here, the progression of the bodhicitta that drips [leaks] is the inferior state, the progression of moving is the intermediate state, and the progression of not moving is the supreme state. For these, the karma mudra is the woman who bestows the bliss of dripping, the wisdom mudra is the woman who bestows the bliss of moving, and the mahamudra is the woman who bestows the bliss of not moving. Therefore, the Bhagavan said that in the six-limbed union, one should cultivate the three mudras. Therefore, the yogi should cultivate the six-limbed union for the sake of Buddhahood itself." Furthermore, it is said in the King of Tantras itself: "For the sake of increasing the innate bliss of the Victorious Ones, one should first rely on the karma mudra. Then, the form of the sun is complete with body, face, feet, crown, and all limbs. Like a lightning bolt, she generates unchanging bliss, the mother who is perfectly endowed with signs and limbs. She illuminates everything with vajras, the mother who abides in the three realms, the body, the dharmadhatu, then transforms." Thus it is said, this is the karma.
