Etc., suddenly bindu comes and goes. After stopping, cultivate the bliss of the generation stage, and combine activities and accomplishments as previously described, which is the stage of entering the inner realm. The stage of self-blessing is to rely on the yoga of peaceful deities, enter places such as stupas, and perform activities of pacifying, increasing, subduing, and attracting, as well as accomplishing achievements such as treasure vases and essences, which is the stage of entering mantras. In one's own body, cultivate the appearance of clarity in the form of channels, letters, and bindus, etc., and then combine activities and accomplishments as before, which is the stage of entering the inner realm. Although these cannot attain transcendent achievements, the reason for explaining them is merely a symbolic language of intent. The hero's stage refers to stopping the breath in the life-sustaining stage, etc., and purifying the twenty-one thousand six hundred karma breaths in samadhi. Self-blessing refers to the yoga of the great mudra of emptiness and form. Therefore, it is said that the hero's stage is not in the external environment, but is extremely focused on the exhaustion of life in the body. Self-blessing is emptiness, and the three realms are the name of what is seen. It is also said that in the five stages, the stage of self-blessing, which no one has attained, in the Sutra Pitaka, Tantra, and distinctions, his efforts will become meaningless. Therefore, the secret meaning of the hero's stage and self-blessing is a very pure stage. The eleventh is that this Vajra Yoga is also called Supreme Yoga. In "Stainless Light" it says, "Thus, the semen of Supreme Yoga, when it meets the fire of power, is truly bound." That is to say, meditators with discriminating effort are merely yoga, but the appearance of wisdom arising from non-discrimination, the image of the three realms appearing, abiding in this is the supreme of yogas, therefore it is Supreme Yoga. The Sanskrit word for Supreme Yoga is Atiyoga, and in this aspect, guiding the path of signs and appearances of some instructions called Dzogchen is consistent with the six-branched yoga.
