Those thieves who are extremely attached to and distracted by various enjoyments such as grains, livestock, and land, even if they are diligent individuals, will turn to reckless behavior and become unconscious due to loss of mindfulness. Because they do not know what to do and what not to do, all their previous qualities will be lost and taken away. Then, what need is there to mention those who are less diligent and more lax? When abandoning a deceitful teacher, even if you have a similar experience, if you are not proficient in the profound tantric meaning, you will not know whether your own practice is good or bad. If you need to ask others, it is best to ask the root guru who teaches this Dharma. Otherwise, if you ask someone who has a good understanding and experience of this Vajra Yoga Dharma, doubts may be resolved and good results may come. Speculators without meditation, pretenders who pretend to have meditation, and even if the meditation of other Dharma systems is very good, for those who have not tasted the flavor of this profound Dharma, the experience of the Six Yogas {signs [realizations] etc. your own experience, the oral instructions for practice, and the way the guru introduces it, etc., will never be questioned, not even a word will be spoken. If questions are answered, they will think that this is a wrong path. Because it is not in accordance with their own system, they will mostly slander it. Some people think that this seems to be self-righteous in practice, but if they say this is good, they will feel that they are paying too much attention to this Dharma and the guru, and arrogance will arise. If they criticize this, they will feel that their faith in their previous Dharma and guru will turn and fall under my control, so they may slander with deceit. In this way, when others slander, you will also have doubts and change your mind. Therefore, there is a danger of abandoning this good Dharma and going astray. For example, a person who has no ability to distinguish treasures holds something that is definitely a treasure and says it is a treasure. When he shows it to various people and asks, some people do not know it because they do not have the ability to distinguish treasures, and they slander it. Some cunning people, even if they know it is a treasure, will say that it looks like an ordinary stone, and there is no such thing in the category of treasures.

Giving a small value, or snatching it away in a joking manner. Or, without showing it to others, showing it to someone who knows the quality of the jewel, who doesn't fake or deceive, and asking him, he will say what kind of jewel this is, its characteristics are this and this, its value is so much, etc., speaking truthfully, so that the jewel will not be lost, and its quality will improve in the future. Similarly, if you ask someone who is rich in experience of this Dharma, not only will your own practice not be lost, but also doubts about previous practice will be resolved, and you will be able to recognize future experiences, and be liberated from all uncomfortable situations. Therefore, showing it to someone who does not know the characteristics of his own jewel, who is not fully aware of the jewel, will that jewel become priceless? Or is it not priceless? Whether the cunning person knows the characteristics of the jewel or not, if you show it to him, he will say that this is not a jewel, it will not become priceless, and believing his words, you will discard that precious jewel because you do not value it. Those who are honest and good-natured, to those who know the characteristics of all kinds of good jewels, let them fully recognize that great jewel, and ask what this is, those wise men who are honest and good-natured, relying on pure and truthful words, will fully understand the name, characteristics, signs, value, and classification of the jewel in their hands, so you should ask them. This is explaining this principle by telling other things. At this time, the Lama said this: How will those bad Lamas slander this profound Dharma? Because in Tibet, there are not many heretics and Shravakas, and those who cling to the ultimate of Mind-Only, so there is no need to worry. Although there are many who consider themselves Madhyamikas, there are very few who truly cling to the ultimate of the Sutra path. Even if there are many, those who have not entered the Mantras, will not be able to criticize at this time, and others will not easily believe, so the harm is small. Therefore, here Mantra
