The pulse goes through the center of the foot, and the tip of the pulse is between the soles of the feet (there is). When the two feet cross each other and bend, the air flowing in that pulse stops, and the lower body's pulses are bound. When the spine is straightened, the central channel is straightened. When the pulse wheels overlap each other, the air flows in its respective position. The bindu (five [also]) abides in its respective position. When the body bends forward, the front of the central channel touches the pulse of the wind element, and the heart wind and other winds enter. Consciousness floats and thoughts are confused. Similarly, when leaning to the right, it touches the fire pulse, causing mental confusion, generating anger, and rising blood and bile. When leaning to the left, it touches the water element, generating desire, and rising cold and phlegm. When leaning back, it touches the earth element, causing consciousness to become dull, and mixed diseases rise. Straightening the body without distortion prevents those faults from arising, so most obstacles do not occur. The air flows in its respective position, and the pulses and bindus abide in their respective positions, making it easier to generate samadhi, free from faults, and making it necessary to easily let the air enter the central channel. Bending the throat, the back of the head rests on the pillow, not meaning the neck bends forward. Straightening the neck refers to the Adam's apple pressing against the throat. In this way, extending the arms outward and widening the field of vision binds the upper body's air in the central channel. Both hands also have taste-smell pulses, and the tips are also between the palms and fingers, so when forming the vajra fist, gather them inward from those tips, and through its power, you can bind the hands and the upper body's air. The ring finger is the ghost pulse, and pressing it with the thumb prevents demons from entering. Both placing together and placing the fist on the thigh are mentioned in the tantra commentary. Placing the fist on the thigh causes great binding, so only this is mainly done. Keeping the teeth and lips in place and touching the tip of the tongue to the palate binds the air from the throat to below the eyebrows. Looking upwards with the gaze, it goes without saying that the air of the forehead and crown is bound. All limbs and senses have taste-smell branches, but the others are secondary. The main one, like a king, exists in the secret sense organ, which generates habits and all consciousness, like a working minister.

It dwells in the eyes. Most of the external conceptualizations arise from this. It is like the formation of a secret pulse knot, and it is said to be like the flower of the eye's pulse. By binding the physical actions, the one who mainly dwells in the secret place is also bound by his own strength so that he cannot move. Focusing on the eyes is like grabbing and squeezing the *ro rkyang* (a term in Tibetan medicine referring to a type of energy or wind in the body) from the head. When the head is squeezed, the force of the wind flowing to the secret place at the lower end turns back and enters the central channel. By keeping the eyeballs still, the pulse of the *ro rkyang* cannot move. Because the pulse does not move, there is no one to stir the wind, so new ones are not born, and the old streams become thinner and smaller. The weaker the flow of the *ro rkyang*, the stronger the flow of the central channel, and thus wisdom arises. However, these are not accomplished solely by the key points of the body. As it is said, "If it is like space, then the wind is bound." As Saraha said, when the mind dwells single-pointedly, free from elaboration, from the path of viewing, when the wind and mind begin to enter the central channel, each of the bound physical key points helps. From the point of focus and the bound actions, when all of these are gathered together, the wind is forced to return. Now, just as we have done with our body key points, you should also do one practice, and place them in the actions of the body key points. Examine carefully and correct the faults such as distortions. Place that body key point apart from all other physical actions. In the past, the body's various actions of going, staying, sitting, and lying, and the speech of various words, have disturbed the wind. If you focus on that stream, obstacles of reversed pulses and reversed winds will arise. For example, if a vessel is stained with impurities or the smell of poison, even if you pour in good food, it is like wasting it. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate that disturbance. Just as we have eliminated the stale air, you should also exhale the stale air three times from the nose in a slow and long manner. All the teachers and students eliminated the stale air three times. By this, the disturbed winds are cleared and flow in their own place, so no obstacles arise. Samadhi arises naturally. The bliss of the wind being mastered arises. It is like washing a vessel and cleaning a house. Now for a session.
