After that, it is sufficient to meditate. The previous refuge and bodhicitta are sufficient, there is no need to repeat them here. Regarding this, contemplate these phenomena of self and other appearances and sounds as appearing but empty of truth, like illusions. After that, all appearances dissolve into the sky like rainbows, and the mind rests slightly in the absence of appearance. Then, recite the mantra of emptiness, and generate the pride of "I am the Tathagatagarbha of wisdom that understands that both the apprehended and the apprehender are empty." During the main practice, it is better if you can visualize the mandala of the four elements and Mount Meru below the lotus seat. Because it is the mandala of the support, it can replace the palace during the innate state. In short, even if you do not meditate, the ritual will not be missing during the innate state. There are two meanings of innate: one is that the original, fundamental, or very beginning itself is called innate. Like a tree with many hands, many faces, and lush branches and leaves, its fundamental source is like a seed, and it is established by naming it with two hands. In the world, what is established as the root is mostly small or few, and those that expand and grow are mostly many or large. Therefore, in this case, the word innate is also established for one face and two hands. Among them, as most tantric masters are familiar with, a single thing does not produce a simultaneous word, so a single hero and a single heroine are usually not called innate, but the image of two hands joined together is called innate. In terms of meaning, the number of faces and hands has no necessary connection with the difference between cause and effect, and the difference between root and branch, but in terms of symbolism, the Dharmakaya without elaboration, which symbolizes the cause or root, is mostly established as two hands, and the Rupakaya, which symbolizes the result or branch, is established as having many faces and hands. Therefore, the deity of cause or root is called innate. This is the way of establishing the innate from the perspective of the aspect of what is produced. The second meaning of innate is: some of our holy lamas say this: the one with the image of faces and hands is the formless body of supreme bliss. Therefore, all beings are born together, and their nature is called innate. The pure aspect of

The mind is, by nature, the cessation of suffering, Nirvana itself. With the form of a deity, the appearance of face, hands, color, etc., abides merely by arising. However, due to ordinary habitual tendencies. As it is said. Let alone sentient beings not being accomplished, once accomplished, the mind's abiding is bliss, and the body's abiding is accomplished as a divine form. The three aspects of sentient beings' body, speech, and mind, and the three aspects of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind, are inherently present from the beginning. They are obscured by sudden defilements and not recognized. By contemplating the meaning of the mantra of emptiness (藏文:ཤུ་ནྱཱ་ཏ།,梵文天城体:शून्यता,梵文罗马拟音:shunyata,汉语字面意思:空性), the defilements of ordinary body, speech, and mind, and the wisdom deity's body, speech, and mind that are inherently accomplished, the meditation of believing in their manifestation is called the Co-emergent Meditation. This is established as the Co-emergent Meditation through the method of faith and the stages of the generation phase. Through such a method of the generation phase, from a single deity to the complete mandala wheel, whatever expansion or contraction is meditated upon, it possesses the meaning of Co-emergent. However, the term Co-emergent is not applied to those with retinues and many faces and hands, as it is established by the measure well-known to most secret mantra practitioners, just as although many things are born from water, only the lotus is referred to as water-born. Therefore, widely proclaiming single heroes, single heroines, and those with retinues as the Co-emergent practice methods of this and that deity is merely ignorance of the terminology of secret mantra. The Kalachakra Co-emergent and the Chakrasamvara Co-emergent practices explained here, such as those composed by Jikme Jungne (འཇིགས་མེད་འབྱུང་གནས།), are solely in the manner of Co-emergent through both the form of the deity to be generated and the generation phase. In general, in establishing the Co-emergent realization, the form is more important than the generation phase. Therefore, it is not contradictory for the Co-emergent to have various aspects such as the seed syllable and the three-generation ritual, as well as the essential words and the five-realization enlightenments. The so-called five rays of immaculate light radiating means that within a fathom's length, in a circular manner, there is the form of light rays, and beyond that, flames of five or six colors radiate. Some people believe that the two deities with four arms and the goddess pressed under the feet of the Kalachakra Co-emergent...
