Sa The path without doubt for the arising of signs and appearances is this Dharma alone. Now, one might wonder, is there no contradiction in the fact that many of those who have received instructions now see signs arising after a few days? If a beginner meditates in four sessions, sometimes the mind stays on the object of focus, but mostly it does not. Therefore, when the sum of the mind's focus on the object, both before and after, reaches the measure of one day, signs will definitely appear, and non-conceptual meditation will arise effortlessly and naturally to some extent. This is a part of the Vajra descending. Therefore, although it is not absolutely necessary to maintain unbroken, one-pointed focus on the object for an entire day, the conduct and mental wandering during the breaks between sessions are not included. As it is said, it is impossible not to have signs when practicing Sky Yoga for one day. If one meditates while mixing in distractions, how can there be any contradiction if signs do not appear in two or three days? In general, it is evident that many people nowadays, from the very first day of engaging in the meditation of this Dharma, obtain signs and the Vajra descending. It is impossible not to have them appear after meditating for a few days. The reason for insisting on at least one day is that whether it is a full day or the sum of various times before and after, when it reaches the measure of one day, there are twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. Through the interdependence of being struck by non-conceptual wisdom, there is no doubt. For those with sharp faculties, it may occur in about three hundred and sixty breaths, and so on. There is no fixed rule. Therefore, arrange it as appropriate, whether it is one hour, one session, or from two to twelve sessions. Furthermore, it should be understood as follows: If one meditates only on emptiness, signs will mostly not appear, and even if they do, they are not counted. When meditating on subtle points, etc., the appearance of smoke, etc., is merely the experience of the coarse material wind dissolving into the central channel. This is called the radiance of the wind or the radiance of the channel. In general, although it can be transformed into the path, it is a delusion and does not manifest all forms. The main signs that arise from this Dharma are non-conceptual

Because the impure vital energy drops slightly dissolve, therefore, immediately the wisdom vital energy drops slightly manifest, it is the radiance of Dharmata. Therefore, it does not manifest only one aspect, but manifests infinite aspects. Therefore, the signs appearing in Lamdre and the Six Dharmas, and the two empty forms appearing in the Six Yogas 4-137, although there are similarities in Du, etc., the essence is very different in good and bad. For that reason, the term empty form is not used in those teachings, but here it is established as empty form and the deity of the Completion Stage. The reason for this is that the appearance of Du, etc. in those with concepts is due to the great familiarity with realization, and like desire, fear, suffering, etc., a non-conceptual, clear, and deluded appearance arises. Based on that, Du, etc. appear. In short, because it arises from the cause of conceptual delusion, it cannot touch the wisdom central channel. The empty form of this system is because the non-conceptual mind strikes the vital point of the Vajra body, so first relying on the coarse central channel, it immediately touches the wisdom central channel. Because the wisdom of the path of meditation and the wisdom channel to be meditated on are both the same as non-conceptual wisdom, it can strike it. But practicing conceptualization cannot strike the wisdom channel, because the difference between artificial and non-artificial is very great. It is like not being able to strike the sky with a fist. In short, one should know that the signs arising from conceptualization and the signs arising from non-conceptualization are different. In general, there are four possibilities here: conceptual meditation, striking and not striking the Vajra body. Non-conceptual meditation also has striking and not striking the Vajra body, making four in total. Yogis of subtle points of esoteric Buddhism, such as Tummo Four Chakras, are conceptual and belong to the category of striking the body. Those who are non-conceptual, known as Mind Training in Tibet, are non-conceptual, but belong to the category of not striking the body. Meditating on emptiness through analytical meditation.
