Yes. Furthermore, From the edge of the lotus, measure inward a certain distance horizontally, from that point the horns grow. They rise straight up about half a finger, then extend outward about one finger's length (in the manner of 'etc.'). From that point, they curve outward in an arc like a bow. The horns become thicker at about half or two-thirds of their length, depending on the craftsmanship. If measured from the thickest part, the distance from the tip of the eastern horn to the tip of the western horn is four fingers, and if measured around in a circle, it is twelve fingers, the same as the standard size of a vajra. Strings of pearls etc. on the moon, and the face of a makara etc., are not strictly necessary as they are not mentioned in this tantra. However, since they are commonly seen, there is no contradiction in including them. Materials that conform to these measurements include gold, silver, copper, etc., and any materials suitable for making a phurba, as appropriate. Here too, the essence arises from the syllable (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable), and the main thing is that the Wheel of Time itself appears as the form of a vajra. Fifth, concerning the remaining part of the bell. The tantra says, "The bell also has three parts: the top is like a vajra, with a cow's face and a lotus shape." It also says, "The faces of the bell are also like that, the petals are also vajras, and the essence is also like a cow's face etc." Here, the term 'vajra bell' refers to a bell named after the vajra. That bell is twelve fingers in height. That is, it is divided into three parts, the upper part being half a vajra, the middle part being the place of the face, and the lower part being the belly. The term 'half vajra' refers to the horns, as before. The middle part is divided into three parts, the upper and lower parts being lotus flowers, and the middle part is used for measurement, that is, understanding the aspect of wisdom from the four bindus, and having four faces through the purification of the four doors of liberation, or the bell is (ཨཱ་ལི་,āli,阿黎,vowels) completely pure, and has one face in order to proclaim the sound of the Dharma. That is, a bell with four vajra faces also has four faces, and if the vajra has no face, then the bell has one face. Both the vajra and the bell have both peaceful and wrathful forms, therefore there are four types of vajra and four types of bell, and among them there are nine-pointed and

Or, it is divided into various types according to the classification of horns. The width of the hairline inside the bell is the same as the thickness of the horns of the vajra. Then, at three finger widths, it is slightly inclined, and the mouth gradually opens. The peaceful bell is shaped like a cow's face. From that point, the height is about half a finger, protruding about two grains of wheat from the outside. Then, the edge of the bell mouth contracts inward from half a finger to about one grain of wheat. In this way, the top of the cow-faced bell is marked with a peaceful vajra. Alternatively, it is the shape of a blooming lotus. The part of the bell body that is three fingers wide is the same as before. Then, the height is one finger, and the width is between half a finger, which is even more open than before. The edge of the bell mouth should be slightly thickened, and there is no contraction inside. This is marked by the vajra's horns opening. Both the vajra and the bell have peaceful and wrathful classifications of horns, so the face should also have peaceful and wrathful distinctions. The making of the bell can be slightly simpler, and the upper horn can be made about four fingers. The middle part, the upper part is a lotus, and the middle part is the face. Below, add a staff tip of about half a finger below the lotus as an aid. The remaining one finger or so is added to the height of the lower bell body, and the actual bell body is four fingers, and the top height is one finger. At this time, the hairline of the bell body has a surrounding inner edge, which is the same as the outer edge of the vajra horn thickness, so that it does not violate the scriptures and is beautiful, so there is nothing bad about this. Here, in the "Mandala Ritual Yeshe Gyatso," it says: The peaceful bell is like a cow's face, marked by the vajra's mouth closing; the wrathful bell is like a blooming lotus, marked by the vajra's mouth opening. The meaning of what is said is that the bell body is in the shape of a cow's face and a lotus, and everyone can understand the meaning of marking the top with the mouth opening and closing. However, the former sage Chok Drakpa misunderstood, thinking that the meaning of the cow's face is the vajra's mouth closing, and the meaning of the blooming lotus is the mouth opening, and the omniscient master also thought so, writing it on paper. This is looking for the source of faults in others, speaking rashly, and as a result, it brought great laughter to oneself. The commentary says: The cow's face is peaceful. In the commentary, it says: The edge of the bell mouth contracts inward, and the mouth of the blooming lotus
