I think that generating Vajra's four faces, three heads, and six arms in the palm is just a matter of liking elaboration and is not necessarily required. Therefore, it is sufficient to bless one or a suitable collection of substances in any container. Then, after tasting the inner offering, recite mantras such as Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Meditate on the visualization of the Bam (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bam) syllable, etc., on the crown of the head. It is very important to recite the mantra three times, and the visualization should also be done three times. According to the Tibetan custom, if the content of the visualization is recited, one recitation of the phrase is sufficient. Here, in the case of various activities, the moon is meditated upon for pacifying and increasing. As a substitute for the moon, for subjugation and expulsion, it is Rahu arising from the Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) syllable. For ignorance and rigidity, it is the Fire of Time arising from the Lam (Tibetan: ལཾ, Devanagari: लं, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Lam) syllable. For magnetizing, it is the sun arising from the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) syllable, each having the color of its respective element. For restoration, it is said to be the green mandala of space arising from the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ham) syllable, etc. Some people think that only the moon should be practiced at all times, while others say that green is suitable for all activities, so green is acceptable in ordinary practice. Both of these views are incorrect, because white is not suitable for subjugation and expulsion, etc., and green is only mentioned for restoration. The meaning of all activities is not just restoration. Also, it is unreasonable to say that this can replace the practice of the Hundred Syllable Mantra, because this is only a visualization for purifying the mouth after tasting nectar, and it has not been said that this mantra should be recited for a long time. Some people think that they appear as Kalachakra, so by meditating in this way, the body becomes the shape of a moon disc. This is also a reversal of metaphor and meaning, and just saying whatever comes to mind. Here, the meaning of becoming a stainless body is to visualize the ordinary body as a white light body that has abandoned flesh and blood, etc. In the activities of pacifying and increasing, the moon arising from the Bam (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bam) syllable is generated. In the practice commonly known as "Supreme Accomplishment," most of the practices are also in accordance with pacifying and increasing. It is rare to conform to all activities, so white is appropriate. So, what is "Supreme Accomplishment"? Because this is just a name for a long-standing lineage. It is also acceptable to interpret it as supreme accomplishment, but here it does not refer to ordinary accomplishment.

Just as many names are given to the supreme guru, it is not just about the subtle points, but entirely aimed at the goal of the great common siddhis. This is the way to connect the six realms of beings in this life and the next, and finally recite the Svabhava mantra, contemplating emptiness. Secondly, from within emptiness, one instantly visualizes oneself as the two-armed Kalachakra, visualizing the six realms of deities in the six places, like the connecting deity body. At this time, all six realms of deities are only male deities, because this is the time to meditate on the root of the purity of the body. It is not the time to expand the branches and differences. These six at this time are the pervasive six realms, because the four vajras are definitely pervasive in all. It can be understood by saying that the first four are the four vajras. Therefore, this is not just the six Buddhas of the six realms who purify the six aggregates, but the six realms that purify body, speech, mind, bliss, emptiness, and awareness, which combine all aggregates, elements, and sources into one. 3-71 For example, in the case of Amitabha at this time, it contains all the parts of all thirty-six Vajrasattva deities, without major or minor distinctions, all complete. Because that is the appearance of the body of all the deities, etc., it can be applied to other deities as well. In short, at this time, in order to show that there is absolutely no difference between skillful means and wisdom, each one is a single body. This is the oral instruction of the blessing lineage. Thirdly, it can also be called purifying with the supreme mudra. This has four points: actually purifying the hands, blessing the hands by writing letters, purifying the body with the vajra mudra, and generating pride. Among them, reciting mantras such as Om Hrih Sarva Atra (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) and rubbing the hands is purifying the hands. In the third step, touching from the crown of the head to the toenails with the vajra mudra, first starting from touching the tip of the five-pronged vajra on the crown of the head, then touching the left side of the body and the feet, and then reversing to touch the right side, doing it clockwise. The others are easy to understand. Some people do a lot of purification on the letters written on the hands and the sun, moon, and Rahu, which is just an elaborate explanation and is omitted here.
