Visualize the life-force channels merging into one sphere, and visualize it moving from the vowel "dung can ma" at the navel chakra to the navel. From the navel, stimulate the syllable (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: roar), and visualize the wisdom tummo blazing. There, visualize the ten chakras of the left and right channels, along with the winds that enter the realm of consciousness, being burned and dissolving into the central channel. Afterward, visualize the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hang) at the crown chakra melting, experiencing the four joys, and visualize the co-emergent joy manifesting at the jewel. For all deity appearances, even through visualization, increase the bliss, slightly clinging to the deity's body and bliss. This yoga for beginners, through daily habituation, later when clear appearance is obtained for the deity's body, one can also practice this yoga with complete characteristics, and both of these can mature the continuum of recollection and become the path of the Dharmakaya. That is, by practicing deity yoga and ordinary vase breathing together, when clear appearance is obtained for the deity, the wind yoga such as vase breathing also becomes powerful. Then, relying on the wisdom mudra, one can lead the manifestation of melting bliss, or relying on the action mudra as well, with wind yoga as the main cause, and with (Tibetan: ཕཊ་, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: phat) to stop and radiate light, etc., as the guide, effortlessly binding the bodhicitta at the jewel, and being able to avert, pervade, and stabilize up to the crown of the head. Some say that without the combination of wind, merely through clear appearance, one can stop and avert the movement of bindus. However, without relying on the completion stage, merely through the visualization of the generation stage, this can only happen if there is karmic residue from previous habituation, otherwise it cannot be accomplished in one lifetime, so even if it is good, it is not necessary to approach. Or, even if one can only control and avert, merely bindus without the mixture of wind will not generate qualities. And, without obtaining the life-force exertion common to the generation stage, the accomplishment of such clear appearance will also rarely occur. Therefore, although there are many statements that sound good and appear to be correct, they will only become the act of taking away the ornaments on the crown. If it is said that it was spoken specifically to tame disciples with excellent faculties, then those...
