Saying this, actually place two drops of the inner offering mixed with nectar pills on the tongue and drink. Then, remove the blindfold with the above mantra, and also look clearly at the clearly manifested Bhaga of the Mudra, and experience the bliss arising from it, which is the joy of the supreme joy of worldly convention, that is the meaning of the secret empowerment. Thus, in the mandala of the Bhaga of the Mudra, having received the secret empowerment, one becomes a monk in the way of mantra, and having received the prophecy of the ninth Bhumi, the Good Intellect, one becomes the regent of the Buddha.
