Having received the complete empowerment with Na, Having become a lay devotee in the practice of mantra, and having received the prophecy of becoming the master of the seven grounds, Therefore, one is born into the lineage of the Buddha. Oṃ sarva tathāgata (Tibetan: དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་, Devanagari: सर्व तथागत, Romanized Sanskrit: sarva tathāgata, Literal meaning: all tathāgatas) sapta abhiṣeka (Tibetan: བདུན་གྱིས་མངོན་པར་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་, Devanagari: सप्त अभिषेका, Romanized Sanskrit: sapta abhiṣeka, Literal meaning: seven empowerments) sapta bhūmi prāpto'ham (Tibetan: ས་བདུན་ཐོབ་པ་ང་།, Devanagari: सप्त भूमि प्राप्तोऽहम्, Romanized Sanskrit: sapta bhūmi prāpto'ham, Literal meaning: I have attained the seven grounds.) Holding the vajra in the right hand, raised and placed at the heart. The Bodhisattva without beginning or end is Vajrasattva, Great bliss, Samantabhadra, the master of all, the lord of vajra pride. Bhagavan, the supreme first being. Ringing the bell with the left hand, leaning on the left hip. This is said to follow the wisdom voice of all the Buddhas. The victorious ones desire supreme enlightenment. May you also always hold it. Āḥ The bliss of the nature of existence, the existence of nature is separated. The Bodhisattva of pure nature will become a noble existence. Certainly, in the vajra family, one should kill, and on the sword, one should speak untrue words. In the jewel family, one should steal the wealth of others, and in the supreme lotus family, one should also steal the wife of another. Wine and lamps, all the Buddhas and virtuous places, should all be relied upon on the wheel. All women, such as young girls, should not despise the Ḍākinīs on the curved knife. For the sake of sentient beings, this body with wealth should be given away, you should not protect it. Son of the lineage, you will become a Buddha, otherwise, you will not become a Buddha even in endless eons, as the Victorious One has said. Thus it is said. One should also speak the advice to abandon the root downfalls. If one commits a root downfall through deceitful power, one will go to hell, these are sufferings. Thus it is said. Disturbing the mind of the glorious lama, the root downfall of the sons will become catching rabbits. Changing to another due to his command, it is certain, like that, being angry with a sibling is the third. Abandoning love becomes the fourth, and if the bodhicitta greatly declines, it also becomes an arrow. Sixth, denigrating the established tenets, even mountains, giving secrets to immature people. From the aggregates and afflictions, one will transform into a dragon, and again.
