Showing the Faults of Transference of Bindu Now, explaining the way that extends from that. Third, the main obscuration Showing the faults of transference of bindu: From transference comes detachment from desire. From detachment comes suffering. Suffering exhausts the elements of beings. Exhaustion is called death. After death, again, of those, It is existence, and from existence, again, death and transference. Thus, the existence of sentient beings, Arises from detachment from desire, not from anything else. Therefore, with all effort, Completely abandon the attachment to transference. By which one becomes unchangeable and happy. Yogis are bound by samsara, Even if they have desire, they should not become detached from desire. They do not want desire as a doctrine. In the tantra that I speak of, Again, yogis are called suffering. So it is said. That is, when the bindu is transferred, the four immeasurables decline, and the four afflictions arise. When desire declines, it is sin, because hatred arises towards the very ugly. From hatred comes ignorance, and from this, one's own vajra falls, and the mind is always deluded. One indulges greatly in other objects, such as all non-supreme foods and drinks. Because of this, the joy of the mind declines, and one revolves in the six realms. So it is said. That is, compassion is the nature of increasing the bliss of desire and joy, loving-kindness is the nature of declining hatred, joy is the nature of exhausting ignorance, and equanimity is the nature of being unchangeable. That is, at the very moment of transferring the bindu, it is sin, that is, the exhaustion of compassion, and hatred, which is the decline of pleasing love for the ugly, and ignorance, which is the decline of joy and delusion, and the characteristic of the exhaustion of equanimity, which is delusion about self, are hating others and craving for change, these arise in sequence. From such ignorance and afflictions, the wheel of the twelve branches, such as action, will turn. Here, the way to enter samsara is the twelve links of dependent origination, that is, the root ignorance is the habit of changing bliss just mentioned, and from its power arise four powers, and four thoughts that it generates. These are also desire, which makes things clear, action, which makes the mind enter, wisdom, which determines meaning and thought and mixes the appearance of objects, and its own force.

The power that makes the goodness of (the previous life) disappear is the fourth power, which is the mind that generates new habits and nourishes old ones. The virtuous thought at the time of death is the peaceful thought, and the merit of its courage is the cause of being reborn as a deva. The strong non-virtuous thought at that time is the dark thought, and the merit of darkness is hell. The medium non-virtuous thought at that time is the thought of dust, and the merit of dust is spirits. The mixed virtuous and non-virtuous thought at that time is the mixed thought, that is, the mixing of three merits, which is the cause of being reborn as humans and animals. From then on, the rebirth of fruition is mainly experienced in the waking state, which is hell and asuras. Mainly experienced in dreams are devas and pretas. Mainly experienced in deep sleep is humans. Mainly experienced in the fourth state is animals. Combining the four states with the six realms of existence is the way that cause and effect increase each other. Therefore, from the four powers and four thoughts of the previous life, until entering emptiness at the time of death, it is ignorance. Being led by (karma) while entering the womb is formation. The consciousness that arises immediately after entering the womb is consciousness. The growth of the six elements is name and form. The manifestation of the senses is the six entrances. Obtaining the ability to perceive subtle objects from this is touch. Experiencing objects is feeling, that is, less than seven months in the womb. Craving for the enjoyment of existence, choosing between pleasure and pain is craving. Moving limbs is grasping. Breathing at the time of birth is existence. From then on, from infancy to adolescence is birth. The state of aging and death is old age and death. In the Vajra Heart Commentary, it says: At death, ignorance enters, formation arises from that. And, wherever the immovable and others enter, from that consciousness arises existence. From that, name and form change, the self of the six elements arises from that. And, if there is touch, the eyes and others, together with forms and others, unite. From that, feeling arises and changes. And, the enjoyment of existence itself, from that, craving arises. Stretching out hands and feet is, from that, said to be near grasping. Infant life begins.
