In the meantime, the so-called upholding of the Dharma refers to things like this. Because you are very busy, you don't have time to listen to the Dharma during the day, so all the Dharma teachings are only given at night. Sometimes, when the teachings end, it is already past midnight. Because the arrangements are made after the handwritten notes, it often takes until dawn to complete. At this time, I heard the news that Northern Zhabdrung Nor Khyung Lhuding had gone to Yang Namling, and the situation seemed very urgent. I didn't send anyone to speak to him directly, but I said to others, "Ever since the dispute, I have wanted to meet him." Although such words were mentioned many times, there was no clear indication of asking for repentance, other than hypocritical pleasantries, so I adopted an attitude of avoidance. In addition, initiations such as the Buddha's Ushnisha (Sangs Gyes Thod Pa), the Vajrakila with Weapons (Kyai Dor Mtshon Cha Can), the Wisdom Empowerment Mother (Ye She Dwang Phyuk Ma), and the Hevajra Maitri Thirteen Deities (Bde Chog Mai Tri Bcu Gsum Ma) were also performed. The new Lhuding, formerly known as Chu Thag Shar, was renamed Trashi Gepel. Now it seems that they don't like auspicious growth, so they gave it a strange name. For the consecration of the sleeping quarters, etc., I went with the patron and stayed for two days. After that, I received many embroidered thangkas, as well as silk-sewn thangkas, new and old silk thangkas, and many other thangkas. They also newly made the Mongolian version of the Kangyur, portraits of the Eighty-four Mahasiddhas, and many various clay sculptures. On the fifteenth day of Saga Dawa, a grand consecration ceremony was held. For seven days, grand offerings were made as expected. Some tsampa and Gyaleba women in Drepung Ganden Phodrang were also imprisoned, and they were released after much pleading. All the apples and peaches from Yorpo, and everything in the hands of Depa Zhung, were designated to me as offering property. Although a serious fault occurred with Minister Degepa, after pleading as much as possible, since he did not accept bribes, no other faults occurred this time. We set off on the fourth day of the fifth month, and traveled smoothly and happily along the northern waterway, arriving at Tse.

Arrived at Takten (place name) on the early eighth. The grand consecration ceremony of the seven Victorious Buddhas, if held in that very month, it seems difficult for people coming from various directions to meet at the same time. It was decided to hold it on an auspicious day in the early sixth month, and in the meantime, some miscellaneous Dharma teachings were given. From the north, Zhabdrung (ཞབས་དྲུང་) was very unwell, and for his health, the monasteries up and down prepared a lot of tea, and this time they also wanted to offer confession to me. They said I must go to Ngamring (ངམ་རིང་), although I am happy to receive confession, I cannot go to the north. Knowing that for his health, the Dharma practice would definitely require contributions, as a result, three Ulagpas were assigned to us. Gifts were also sent to Jetrung Rigdenpa (རྗེ་དྲུང་རྟོགས་ལྡན་པ་), who explained in sequence the teachings of Shangpa Kagyu that he had not received before. In the great hermitage, for the monastic community 1-359 , practical guidance on the Great Compassion Avalokiteshvara was given, as well as many kinds of Avalokiteshvara's subsequent permissions. The steward of Depa Gyalbu (སྡེ་པ་རྒྱལ་བུ) from Tingkye (གཏིང་སྐྱེས་) and the steward's mother of Dharma Lord Yeshe Gyatso (ཆོས་རྗེ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་བ་) also came to participate in the celebration of the consecration ceremony and offered tea. On the eighth day, on an auspicious day when the stars and constellations were in good conjunction, the mandala of the glorious Heruka Chakrasamvara Speech Empowerment Melodious Vajra was opened, and the actual consecration was performed. After that, various activities after the consecration were carried out. Rainbows and showers of flowers fell continuously for several days, and all external and internal signs were very auspicious. The celebrations, which included what we sent ourselves and what was raised from various sources, lasted for many days. The actual monastic community of Takten (རྟག་བརྟན་) was crowded into the great assembly hall, and the meditation communities were arranged in the corridors of the shrine. In addition, monks and nuns from various monasteries belonging to us gathered on the stone ground of Chosang (ཆོས་བཟང་). A wide Dharma gathering was held, allowing anyone to participate freely. The total number was not just counted by the sound "Hum" (ཧཾ་), but counted one by one, and there were more than three thousand people in the Sermo-wa (སེར་མོ་བ་) area. A large amount of tea, hot porridge with butter, cheese, etc. were supplied every day, and on the day of the official celebration, square sugar, buckwheat, and barley were also distributed. There were also generous material offerings, and in addition, each of the officials from Tingkye (གཏིང་སྐྱེས་) offered tea.
