During that time, Kunga Palsang initiated the planting of trees at Shol Ra Chenmo in the east by the local residents. It seemed to be an auspicious occasion. None of the trees planted at that time failed to grow. People coming from various directions said, 'There are rebellions and military deployments in both Tsang and U, and now your monasteries, residences, and religious properties are facing the danger of being plundered. Such intimidation and terror, but upon arriving here, it is so peaceful and tranquil. How strange.' At that time, the army led by Jia Gannas of Nyangtsang marched slowly on the road, even staying in Bodong for four or five days. Over here, after the rebellious beige army completely collapsed, thieves who heard the exact news two or three days later swarmed in. Before that, nothing happened above Bodong. Later, robbing the wealth of Gyangtse and Ngamring, and being awarded the title of bravery for it, was also strange. In any case, there were a large number of troops in both Tsang and U, but they dispersed for no reason, which was undoubtedly a punishment from the guardian deities. It is not enough to merely strongly implore the dakinis and guardian deities; it is important to not violate vows and to protect the practice of Dharma like a child. Soon after, the situation became calm and peaceful, and at the same time, news came from home that my uncle had also passed away due to old age and frailty. Therefore, I immediately set off, taking all the monks with me to that small dzong of Tsheykyi Da'i Gang. We monks from U found lodging there. I also stayed for two days and then gradually departed. When we arrived at that dilapidated boat of Ugyen Dzong, a dark, terrifying woman appeared from nowhere, boarded the boat, and came with us. Just as we reached the middle of the river, a sudden, inexplicable black wind arose, and the boat filled with water, almost sinking. At this moment, everything appeared like emptiness, illusion, a dream, and suddenly, everything calmed down, and the image of the Holy Tara suddenly appeared.

Immediately arrived at the shore, the wind also subsided. The woman also disappeared. When arriving at Döljung, it was during the time of the Tsang Desi (Gtsang sde-srid). The central government's policies were good, and things were progressing well. Met with those who were going to Gyantse. According to the summons, I went to Gyantse. At Gathog (dga' thog) behind the Gyantse Dzong, from the foot of the mountain, there were many mounts and vehicles. From the middle of the mountain to the monastery, there were many rows of monks, as well as musical instruments, etc., and an unparalleled grand arrangement was made. According to your wishes, various Dharma objects for removing obstacles were offered. From Ngamring, when the Northern Shabdrung (Byang zhabs drung) needed to come in person, many mandalas ('khor lo) written for suppression, subjugation, etc., were left behind, showing bad omens. Many mandalas were taken away at that time, and I performed cleansing and purification. On the day of dressing the statue of Detsa Chenmo (Dge tsha chen mo), I went to the Kumbum Chenmo (Sku 'bum chen mo) of the monastery. In the monastery, abundant tea and snacks were prepared, and an offering of a good horse, etc., was made. All the offering ceremonies were done to the best of our ability. I made detailed prostrations. In the Labrang (bla brang), I met with Shabdrung Phagpa (zhabs drung 'phags pa) again, and stayed there for about ten days. From Khangsar Monastery, the speaking statue of Kunkhyen Chökyi Gyalpo (Kunmkhyen chos kyi rgyal po) was invited and prayers were offered. I suggested that it would be good to keep it at the Dzong temporarily, but later the monastery people strongly requested it and immediately invited it back. In addition, every day, a bathing ceremony was performed for Peldung ('Phel gdung) to remove impurities, and good signs also appeared. Previously in a dream, more than ten statues in the Lima Lhakhang (Li ma lha khang) of Gyantse were tilted, and there was nothing else, it was empty. This happened two or three times, and at that time it was like seeing it with my own eyes. Afterwards, when leaving, Lhundrup Peünang (Lhun grub spe'u nan) came to ask for help. After I reported it, he said he would do his best to help. Because I was leaving, I didn't follow up. Now this is the place that Nyenpel Lingpa (Nyen 'byed gling pa) has taken care of a little bit. The officials and servants of the North are all people with similar ideas. At that time, I also met the mantra practitioner of Rinang (Ri nang). He was pure in wisdom and diligent in practice, and was not carried away by the Nyingma school's alcohol. He was a pure person who adhered to the monastic vows of a bhikshu.
