The teeth are very white, even, well-aligned, and complete with forty in number. The eyes are deep blue, possessing the finest eyelashes. These thirty-two marks are the characteristics (of the Buddha).' Sixth, praising refuge and protection: 'The world's skillful teacher, the world's teacher is without fear. Protector, refuge, the world's trust, refuge and protection are supreme.' Among these, in the ultimate sense, is the teacher who knows the world and guides with pure and virtuous paths, the teacher who teaches the truth of the four noble truths, the fearless one who has attained the four fearlessnesses from the beginning, the protector of all sentient beings, protecting from harm, worthy of the world's trust, beloved in heart, and the supreme refuge and protection from all fears of evil destinies and samsara. Seventh, praising the enjoyment of space: 'Enjoying the edge of space, omniscient wisdom is like the sea. Opening the shell of ignorance, destroying the net of existence.' Among these, in the ultimate sense, with such wealth, enjoying the Dharmakaya's treasury of virtues that pervades the edge of space, is the one who has attained the treasury of the perfection of omniscient wisdom like the ocean. Moreover, for the benefit of others, is the one who opens the shell of ignorance like taming sentient beings, and the one who destroys the net that binds samsara. Second, praising the pacification of afflictions, etc., there are six aspects: praising the pacification of afflictions, praising the pacification of suffering, praising being free from all defilements, praising liberation from afflictions, praising the wish-fulfilling vase, and praising knowing good and evil. First, praising the pacification of afflictions: 'Pacifying all afflictions, crossing to the other shore of the ocean of samsara. Possessing the crown of wisdom empowerment, adorned with perfect enlightenment.' Among these, the one who pacifies the afflictions of others, has already reached the other shore of the ocean of samsara—the state of peaceful nirvana, is the perfect enlightened one who has received the supreme empowerment of discriminating wisdom, wearing the crown of the five families of Buddhas, adorned with the crown of wisdom, like Avalokiteshvara. Second, praising the pacification of suffering: 'Pacifying the suffering of the three sufferings, eliminating the three (poisons), boundless and limitless' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
