I prostrate. 3-1512 The charnel ground near the charnel ground! These are twelve, the protector who is the lord of the ten grounds!'. This is (the praise). Twelve true dependent originations, twelve families, twelve months, Twelve great gods, twelve great words, are also these twelve grounds. Fourth, praising the ten wisdoms of Dharmadhatu: 'Having the nature of the ten pure wisdoms, Holding the ten pure wisdoms.' This is (the praise). Among them, the five self-born wisdoms, the ten wisdoms that are inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, similarly, the ten aggregates of skillful means and wisdom, The ten realms, the ten faculties, the ten objects, the faculty of action, and the ten actions of the faculty of action, are all the nature of the pure Dharmadhatu wisdom, and are also the original holders of the ten pure wisdoms. Fifth, praising the ten powers of Dharmadhatu: 'Ten aspects, the meaning of ten meanings, the lord of the Victorious One's ten powers pervading, all meanings, completely accomplishing, ten aspects, the great powerful one.' This is (the praise). Among them, the aspect of Dharmadhatu wisdom, the ten perfections, the meaning of the ten meanings of wisdom, is the power of the Victorious One, the nature of the ten powers of wisdom pervading like the sky, which completely accomplishes the temporary and ultimate benefits of all sentient beings. 3-1513 Those ten, such as the nature of Dharmadhatu wisdom and space, wind, fire, water, earth, stability, movement, the formless realm, the sun and moon, are the ten great powerful ones. Those ten powers are: life, mind, resources, action, birth, aspiration, prayer, miraculous power, wisdom, and Dharma, these ten. Among them, having mastery over taking the body, dwelling in the body, and abandoning the body, therefore having power over life. Having mastery over samadhi and wisdom, therefore having power over mind. Having mastery over the treasury of space, therefore having power over resources. Having mastery over whatever maturation is desired, therefore having power over action. Having mastery over taking birth as desired, therefore having power over birth. Having mastery over seeing everything as a Buddha-field, therefore having power over aspiration. Having mastery over attaining enlightenment whenever and wherever desired, therefore having power over prayer. Having mastery over transforming and manifesting as desired, therefore having power over miraculous power. Having mastery over knowing the three times, therefore having power over wisdom.

Because of abiding in Dharmadhatu (法界,Dharmadhātu, dharmadhātu, Realm of Dharma), one has power over the Dharma. 3-1514 Second, there are five aspects to praising the speech and words of Dharmadhatu: the essence of Dharmadhatu, the speech of Dharmadhatu, the universal activity of Dharmadhatu, the teacher of Dharmadhatu, and the praise of the words of Dharmadhatu. First, praising the essence of Dharmadhatu: 'Without beginning, without elaboration, the self; the self of suchness, the self of purity.' Here, it is necessary to distinguish three 'selves': on the conventional level, there are two selves, the self of the person and the self of phenomena; on the ultimate level, there is only one self, the self of suchness. On the conventional level, the entity of the person is the self of the person, and the entity of phenomena is the self of phenomena. The ultimate, which is empty of these two selves, is the other-empty, which is the self of the ultimate. As it says in the *Distinguishing the Middle from the Extremes*: 'The entity of persons and phenomena is empty here. In this non-entity, there is an entity that is not empty. That emptiness is other than that.' If there is a self, its characteristics must be permanence, oneness, and independence. However, the conventional is impermanent, multiple, and dependent on others; therefore, it is empty of the characteristics of a self. The ultimate is the one, solid, diamond-like self, the pure self, the bliss, the permanence, and the very nature of the self. Therefore, the ten powers of the wisdom of Dharmadhatu, possessing power from beginninglessness, are the self that is free from all extremes of elaboration, having attained independence and being unchangeable, the self of suchness, the self of purity. 3-1515 Second, praising the speech of Dharmadhatu: 'Speaking truthfully and not changing words; doing as one speaks; showing non-duality and the absence of duality; abiding in the ultimate reality; possessing the lion's roar of no-self; causing fear to the evil beasts of the heretics.' The Tathagatas (如来,Tathāgata, tathāgata, Thus Come One), who possess the body of the wisdom of Dharmadhatu, speak truthfully about the way things are in all Dharmas (法,Dharma, dharma, law/phenomena), and their words, such as prophecies, do not change. They also act as they speak, being solely truthful and showing others the non-dual wisdom that is without truth and falsehood. They abide from the beginning in the non-inverted, ultimate wisdom, and because they speak of the absence of self in persons and phenomena, like the roar of a lion, they cause fear and dread to the evil beasts of the heretics who speak of a conventional self. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
