On the ground of the mandala, the names of the Ten Wrathful Deities (Krodha), the Guru, and the offerings, as well as the shape, size, and marks of the center of the fire pit, should be made exactly as they are. However, on the lotus petals of the fire pit, the emblems of the Four Kulas and the Four Mothers should be placed, and for these three, only one central mark is sufficient. These mandalas, for pacifying rites (zhi ba), are placed in the southwest; for increasing rites (rgyas pa), in the south; for subjugating rites (bsad pa), in the wind direction; and for expelling rites (bskrad dbye), in the west, etc., are said to be placed in the opposite direction of their respective directions. Some explain this based on general worldly conventions, but there are many inconsistencies. Since the fire deity (Agni) and the Guru must face each other, when associated with the front generation (mdun bskyed), the fire pit is made to the north of the peaceful and increasing mandalas, and the door of the mandala faces the directions. Since the fire deity faces away from the mandala, it may also face the north of the world, and even if it does not, the Guru must face the north of the mandala, which also achieves the purpose. Therefore, when associated with the front generation, the main deity of the fire pit is the fire deity, so the direction in which it faces. In short, all the seats should be made only to the east of the fire pit. If there is no association, then a peaceful fire pit should be made in the northeast of the village, so that the seat facing the world comes to the northeast, and the same applies to others, so that it can be easily accomplished. For wood, for peaceful and increasing rites, use udumbara, asvattha, nyagrodha, sarkati, and winter-flowering milky trees. For subjugating rites, use human bones shaped like small fingers. For expelling rites, use crow's tails. For empowering rites, use seng ldeng. For attracting rites, use snuff. For bewildering rites, use madana. For stiffening rites, use bilva. These are from peaceful and increasing rites. The thickness of these four woods decreases in order, from thumb to little finger. In terms of length, the length of human bones is the same as that of the little finger bone, and all others are twelve fingers long. For substances, for peaceful rites, use milk, durba grass, and sesame. For increasing rites, use butter and five grains. For subjugating rites, use poison and human flesh and blood. For expelling rites, use ketse and lancha fat. For empowering rites, use red karavira flowers and sweat. For attracting rites, use bilva fruits, petals, and urine. For stiffening rites, use old rosaries and jujubes. For bewildering rites, use dadura flowers and wine together. All the yamshing and other substances, five hundred and forty, are needed for the deceased, so they must include worldly substances. The fire, such as peaceful and increasing, etc., the four types are, in order, the fire of Brahmins, candalas or commoners, kshatriyas, and vaishyas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arising from (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal meaning in Chinese). The deities, in the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, the pacifying deity is white, with a crown of Amitabha; the right hand holds a lotus and a crystal rosary, and the left hand holds a rosary and a conch shell. The increasing deity, the right hand holds a wheel and a pearl rosary, and the left hand holds a lotus and a vase. The subjugating deity is black, wearing clothes, with a crown of Amoghasiddhi; the right hand holds a curved knife and a trident, and the left hand holds a skull and a khatvanga. The magnetizing deity, the right hand holds an arrow and a jewel, and the left hand holds a bow and a mirror; the right hand holds an iron hook and a jewel, and the left hand holds a lasso and a mirror. The deity of bewilderment, is yellow, with a crown of Vairochana; the right hand holds a snake and a staff, and the left hand holds a wheel and a hammer; the right hand holds an iron hook and a hammer, and the left hand holds a wheel and a stake. All these deities have yellowish-brown hair, wear clothes of four colors: red, yellow, white, black, and reddish-yellow, reside in the mandala of water, wind, fire, and earth, arise from (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal meaning in Chinese), and have the demeanor of peace, wrath, compassion, and power. Riding on a mule, being obese, and other characteristics can be supplemented from other sources. Thus, generate the samaya being in both the fire and your own heart. Dissolve the samaya being in your heart into the jñana being. Again, invite the jñana being, etc. All the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating should be treated equally as before. Regarding mantras, although in the offering mantras of the mandala, each mantra has its own namaḥ ending, as it is said in the sutras that all fire offering mantras end with svāhā, therefore, in the context of fire offerings, all activity mantras should end with svāhā, which is the view of the commentary on the four condensed tantras. The colors have already been mentioned. The offering vessels, the eight vessels are made in order from crystal, silver, skull, iron, gold, copper, wood, and earth, with a size of twelve fingers and a shape of eight lotus petals. The offerings should also be as stated in their respective tantras, and even if they are not, they can be accomplished through devotion. The handle of the pouring tube is from the heart to the secret place, and from the urna to the heart chakra, with a length of one cubit, the head is level with the palm, six fingers, and the tip is the central part of the three-pronged vajra, with a hole. Secondly, from the gentle activities, it is summarized as 'everything'. Some believe that all the eight activities mentioned here can be performed in the stove of all activities, but the sutras do not say that the stoves for pacifying and increasing are round, with a size of two cubits or a square of four cubits. It is also inappropriate to perform subjugating activities in the stoves for pacifying and increasing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
