English version To the unsurpassed and wonderful Dharma wheel: If all the Buddhas wish to demonstrate Nirvana, I will sincerely entreat them, Wishing that all Buddhas will abide in the world for as many kalpas as there are dust particles, benefiting and bringing joy to all sentient beings. All the merits of prostrations, praises, and offerings, I request the Buddhas to remain in the world and turn the Dharma wheel. Rejoicing in and repenting of all virtuous roots, dedicating them to sentient beings and the path to Buddhahood. For all beings drowned in the sea of birth and death, may you be their refuge and protector. Also as the refuge of lands and retinues, may everything be auspicious and always peaceful. Ultimately attaining Nirvana and obtaining wonderful bliss, able to remove all the sufferings of sentient beings. The auspicious king who protects the beings of the six realms, the worry-free and most victorious Buddha, I praise and pay homage to you. Crossing the sea of the three realms (desire realm, form realm, formless realm) to reach the other shore, ultimately attaining Nirvana and realizing wonderful bliss. Abiding in the most subtle Dharmakaya (Dharma body) in the Dharma realm, offering to the supreme one who has departed from the three realms. The Sugata (Well-Gone One), the most victorious place free from worry, filled with padma (lotus) mandalas (sacred diagrams). The fragrance of utpala (blue lotus) flowers is fragrant, all the lovely and wonderful garlands of flowers. The most victorious incense, the pleasing fragrance, like this, all kinds of incense cloud seas. And all kinds of wonderful foods and drinks, heavenly delicacies, all kinds of offerings. Adorning many golden lotus flowers, mani jewel lamps and other offering implements. The ground is covered with subtle fragrance, scattering all kinds of pleasing flowers. Magnificent and beautiful palaces adorned with many treasures, and the wonderful sounds of singing and praise. Jeweled necklaces shine brightly, like this, immeasurable adornments. Each and every one pervades the entire space, offering to the worry-free auspicious king. The supremely wonderful parasol, made entirely of jeweled handles, covering the net of jeweled necklaces. Opened and erected, complete and very lovely, offering to the worry-free auspicious king. All kinds of wonderful medicines, to remove all the sickness and suffering of all beings, I offer to the worry-free auspicious king, for the benefit of sentient beings, may you accept it. Like this, all kinds of offering implements, and all the offerings of the world, I offer to the worry-free auspicious king, for the benefit of the (holy) patron, may you accept it. All the evil deeds I have committed in the past, all due to greed, hatred, and delusion since beginningless time, Arising from body, speech, and mind, all of them I now repent. All the ten directions

English version For all sentient beings, including those in the Two Vehicles (Śrāvakayāna and Pratyekabuddhayāna) who are still learning and those who have completed their learning, and all the Tathagatas (Buddhas) and Bodhisattvas (those who aspire to become Buddhas), I rejoice in all their merits. For all the lamps of the ten directions, the Buddhas who first attained Bodhi (enlightenment), today I earnestly request them all to turn the unsurpassed and wonderful Dharma wheel (the symbol of the Buddha's teachings). If the Buddhas wish to demonstrate Nirvana (cessation), I sincerely request them, wishing that they may abide in the world for as many kalpas (eons) as there are dust particles, benefiting and bringing happiness to all sentient beings. All the merits of praise and offerings, and the merits of requesting the Buddhas to remain in the world and turn the Dharma wheel, all the roots of goodness from rejoicing and repentance, I dedicate to all sentient beings and the path to Buddhahood. May I presently attain the pure Dharmakaya (the body of the Dharma, the essence of Buddhahood), pure, undefiled, true, and without delusion. Pure speech can bring about purity, may auspiciousness always be present, and may all be peaceful and secure. The profound and wonderful sound, like the sound of the ocean tide, vibrates the sound of the great Dharma, destroying all heretical views. Able to remove afflictions and all kinds of suffering, Dharma Ocean Thunder Sound Buddha, I praise and pay homage to you. May the sound of the Dharma pervade the three thousand great thousand worlds, transforming sentient beings with sixty kinds of sounds. The wonderful meaning is as deep as the ocean, offering the most wonderful sound to the World Honored One. Jeweled canopies completely cover the realm of space, universally filled with jeweled garlands and cloud-like ornaments. Fragrant water is pleasing, like the great ocean, raining down Arghya (water for offering) and nectar. Universally spreading fragrant and wonderful clouds of incense, surpassing the light of the sun and moon and lamps. Scattering endless Mani (wish-fulfilling) flowers, and all kinds of hundreds of flavors of supreme food. And all kinds of immeasurable music and so on, filling the realm of space as offerings. Like this, the most supreme resources, even up to the Tushita Heaven (the heaven where Maitreya Bodhisattva resides). All the wonderful flower Mandalas (sacred diagrams), the most wonderful ornaments of the gods, all the unsurpassed offerings, and those manifested by my pure mind, I offer before the assembly of the Tathagatas, reverently and respectfully making offerings. All kinds of wonderful medicines, to remove all the suffering of illness from all sentient beings, I offer to the Dharma Ocean Thunder Sound Buddha, for the benefit of the (holy) patrons, may you accept them. Like this, the offerings that have been planted, and all the worldly offerings, I offer to the Dharma Ocean Thunder Sound Buddha, for the benefit of the (holy) patrons, may you accept them.
