Thinking of carrying the earth to the sky, If you go holding the wind, you will have a gait like a supreme horse. These are also from Niguma: 'Essence condensed, purification method, the three essentials of emptiness,' 'Warmth quickly arises, the six dharmas of Tummo (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།) in order.' 'Rabbit posture downwards,' 'Holding, reversing, scattering combined with wind,' 'Adorned with great non-dual wisdom.' This is what is taught. Illusory body, attachment and aversion self-liberate. Second, the illusory body, attachment and aversion self-liberate, which has three parts: the superior relies on the noble Lama as a friend; the intermediate is guided without interruption by other words; the inferior generates Samadhi in the same bed. First, having done the preliminary practices as before, visualize on the lotus and moon seat on your crown, the root Lama with a blue body, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, naked, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, with a smiling face, possessing three eyes, hair covering up to the waist, adorned with marks and signs, possessing the splendor of a billion suns, radiating light blessing my being, think of this one. In front of that, think that all sentient beings are also praying like children as I pray: 'Precious Lama, please bless me to realize selflessness,' 'Please bless me to abandon self-grasping,' 'Please bless me to master the illusory body, attachment and aversion self-liberate,' 'Please bless me to manifest the clear light Mahamudra.' Pray intensely like this, and pray: 'Precious Lama, please grant me complete empowerment.' As the above method empowers, in the end, one's own body, speech, and mind, and the Lama's body, speech, and mind become inseparable, and remain in that state for a long time. After rising from that, in all activities, think: 'Ah, appearance is emptiness, truth is untruth, it is an illusion, it is a dream.' The prayer of taking the Lama as the path, and the path of taking whatever appears as unreal, are both included in this. This is the main point of all the paths of Vajrayana, so if you strive for this and practice with one-pointedness, you will quickly traverse all paths, as Yeshe Nyingpo said: 'The stages of the grounds and paths,' 'Are traversed over years and months with devotion to the Lama.' 'If the appearance of the Lama is not separated,' 'One abides inseparable from all the Buddhas.' Niguma also said: 'The stages of the five paths and ten grounds,' 'Are traversed by the power of devotion.' 'Not separating from the appearance of the Lama,' 'Tantra...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

‘The Essence of Contemplation’ so it is said. Second, for those of intermediate capacity, to guide them without interruption by other words: Perform the Guru Yoga as before. All sentient beings born in the past have died, all sentient beings born now will also die, and among all sentient beings now, there is not a single one who can escape death and attain longevity, therefore I too will surely die. Moreover, the lifespan in Jambudvipa (the earth) is uncertain, the causes of my death are many, and the causes of survival are few, so I will die quickly. Thinking in this way, one should not desire to achieve anything, whether high or low, in this life, nor be attached to it, and continue to meditate until such a thought arises. Then, thinking about what will happen after death, one will not disappear after death. If one dies without realizing the meaning of the fundamental nature, there is nowhere else to go but to one of the six realms. Wherever one is born, one only experiences suffering, and there is no time for happiness, so it is not pleasant at all. Thinking in this way, one should continue to meditate until a genuine, unfeigned desire to attain Buddhahood arises. Ah! All of this is a dream, an illusion. Repeatedly contemplate such thoughts. Then, from the syllable Pam (seed syllable, Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, water-born) arises a lotus, and from the syllable Ah (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, without) arises a moon seat. From the syllable Hum (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, wrathful) light radiates, offering to the noble ones, benefiting sentient beings, and then returning and transforming into oneself as Chakrasamvara (Wheel-Binding), with a white body, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, adorned with bone ornaments and jewels. Meditate on the appearance as being formed but not truly existent, not clinging to the form of existence, appearing but without inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror. The form, hand gestures, ornaments, posture, and so on of the deity are all created in one's own mind, and are not truly existent externally, so this appearance is just an appearance, not real, it is a dream, an illusion. Think in this way. Furthermore, whatever appears in the mind, whether it is the environment or sentient beings, whether it is near or far, whether it is liking or disliking, and so on, without being interrupted by other words, one should say 'It is an illusion, it is a dream,' and one should also maintain the memory of illusion and dream in one's mind, without forgetting it. The teachings on visualizing one's own body as an empty form of the deity, and on taking all appearances as illusions, are all included here. In the Sutra Requested by Khyiu Rabnang, it is said: 'All phenomena are like illusions and dreams, whoever speaks and remembers these words, is freed from the bonds of existence, and will surely attain enlightenment in this very life.' So it is said. For these, one should also generate some experience. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
