于中脉正直处,观想白色明亮、具光性之根本脉,其脉细微,扎根于脐间,内有红色RaM(藏文:རཾ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:种子字)。 每次灌顶皆伴有Hrih(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:种子字), Ha Ha等咒语及手铃、手鼓等法器。

In the center of the straight central channel, visualize the root channel, white and clear, with the nature of light, the root being subtle, rooted in the navel, inside which is a red RaM (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). It becomes thicker like the edge of a cymbal, clearly visible at the Brahma aperture. Visualize the front generation deity in the same way, coming into the sky above the Brahma aperture. From the entire body, nectar like the essence of melting white crystal descends. Entering from the Brahma aperture and filling up to the eyebrow, is the vase empowerment. From the throat of the front generation deity, white and red light like the mixture of the sun and moon radiates. Entering from the throat and filling the entire body is the secret empowerment. The front generation deity transforms into a consort, dissolving into your own consort Vajravarahi. Entering into union, the wisdom of the four joys arises, which is the third wisdom empowerment. The front generation deity dissolves into light, dissolving from the crown of the head. Dissolving into the self-clarified deity, becoming clearer and clearer, like a rainbow disappearing into the sky, abiding in an inexpressible state, which is the fourth empowerment. Each empowerment is accompanied by Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), Ha Ha, etc., and damaru, bell, etc. All three entrances are commonly made clear, etc. The blessings of the six dharmas of Sukhasiddhi. The center of the mandala is white and red. East is blue, south is yellow, west is red, north is green with four petals. Place a white and red torma in the center. In front of oneself and the front generation deity, visualize the dakini Sukhasiddhi, her body color as white as a conch shell, her hair hanging loosely, adorned with bone ornaments. Her right hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar. Her left hand makes a mudra representing unborn, slightly raised. Both feet are in a dancing posture. Visualize her as a body of wisdom. Perform the self-entry ritual. Make offerings and praises, perform a brief ritual. From the mandala to transforming the disciple into Sukhasiddhi and descending wisdom, the preliminary practices are as described above. The main practice: In the center of the mandala, surrounded by the protective circle and charnel ground, visualize a palace complete with all qualities, in the center of which Sukhasiddhi resides. Offer the mandala. At the end of the verse 'By whose kindness,' pray: 'Please grant me the four empowerments.' Recite the hundred-syllable mantra three times. Visualize the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum) appearing at the three places (forehead, throat, heart) of the front generation deity. From the Om at the forehead, white light radiates, entering from your own eyebrow, receiving the vase empowerment, etc. Visualize the throat, heart. All three places perform the radiation and absorption of light, successively granting the four empowerments. Each empowerment is accompanied by mantras and damaru, bell. Finally, instruct the disciple to maintain the body posture, directing their gaze towards the empty space in front of them. The left hand of the front generation deity makes a mudra representing unborn, slightly raised, saying: 'In the empty space of ignorance, cut off the root of the knowing mind, cut off the root, let it relax.' Recite this three times. Its meaning is: space and one's own mind are inseparable. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
