Homage to Mipham (Mipham Rinpoche, the invincible one)! [Praise through the Uttaratantra] Having entered the great accomplishment of adornment and discernment, Having crossed to the other shore of the ocean of the three turnings of the wheel of Dharma, Having gone to bliss, showing the seven vajras, Homage to the one who teaches the ultimate meaning of the Lama! [Offering] Then, the wonderful good speech of Asanga, The beautiful commentary adorned with strings of pearls, Drawn with the soft thread of reason, I offer it to the neck of Mipham Jampa. [Confession] When my mind has gone astray, On the true path of the great treatises of the Lord, Whatever misdeeds of false speech there are, I confess with regret and repent with a vow. Whatever Madhyamaka treatises Mipham has spoken, Expounding those doctrines in accordance with the way, Like the blessed ones who have attained prophecy have explained, I rejoice in all Madhyamaka expounders. [Rejoicing in Merit] Again, with the great ocean of the nectar of the supreme vehicle, Nourishing all the followers of the Buddha, [Requesting to Turn the Wheel of Dharma] As the field of merit for the beings of Jambudvipa, I respectfully pray that you appear daily. Abandoning the extremes of existence and peace through the practice of Bodhicitta, eliminating the extremes of tranquility through the practice of goodness, Miphampa, who guides beings to the land of youth and the great Bodhi, I pay homage to you! Through the practice of mastering the three wisdoms, with the dance of the four yogas, displaying the joy of play on the ten great lands, the face filled with the radiance of the three bodies, whose activities are like the sun, I pay homage to you! The clear radiance of perfect manifestation is characterized by the light of loving-kindness and compassion. It is wondrous that the wise one surely leads you with the chariot of manifestation! With feet crossed in the vajra posture, based on the foundation of great power of merit, the radiant circle of your face surely appears in the place of ancestors. The splendor of your body surely shines in the heart-lake of the senses. At that time, the wonder of being clearly sculpted by the hands of a hundred gods. Like the splendor of a golden mountain, from the shoulders where merit gathers, possessing the source of desirable benefit and happiness. The wisdom of the second Miphampa, please come to this garden of benefit and happiness! With the wonderful beauty of unobstructed eloquence, striving to clearly reveal the source of speech, I offer this for the worship of Miphampa, please accept it with your compassionate hand! Even if the beauty of the auspicious marks is extremely abundant, if the source of the sixty melodious sounds is not clear, then the chariot of the mind that desires to see will not be satisfied, please bestow the nectar of your wondrous face! When the sun of this life is devoured by the darkness of the Lord of Death, in the sky of the mind, with the white light of the loving protector's compassion illuminating, please extend the guiding hand of loving-kindness!
