Since it is so, there is no need to mention here how the status and laws of the world have become more outstanding than the previous Lha kings. For this reason, those who tell history in the midst of an ocean-like Sangha must be ordered to say that the Sakya school's Dharma lineage and bloodline are very kind to the beings of the degenerate age. Furthermore, the great spiritual friend Redawa is a great spiritual friend of the Sakya school, especially having renounced and studied from the Dharma lineage of Kunkhyen Dolpopa. However, the way of finally establishing philosophical views is that the root and explanatory tantras of the Kalachakra, treatises mixing inner and outer, and the Sutra of the Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma and all the teachings of Maitreya, do not go beyond the view of Cittamātra. Not only that, but the view of the generation and completion stages of the tantras also does not go beyond Cittamātra. The clear light stages of Guhyasamāja are also explained as Cittamātra by the early Tibetans. The view of Svātantrika-Madhyamaka must be abandoned from the first bhūmi, and the view of Prāsaṅgika-Madhyamaka must be abandoned even at the stage of Buddhahood. Moreover, he seems to distort some of the explanations of the characteristics of the Vehicle of Jecun Tsempo and Chöjé. This spiritual friend had seven disciples known for speaking extensively on various philosophical systems, among whom were Shar Tsongkhapa the Great, Darma Rinchen who was excellent in debate, and Gya Khar Kajuwa Gelek Pal, one of those who spoke on the Kanjur. These are known as the three Tsongkhapas, father and sons, who first created the great chariot tradition of both Sutra and Tantra, distinct from all the previous Tibetan explanatory and practice lineages, maintained it in the middle, and finally completed it with great words that belittled the old traditions. Those words of Dharma also awakened in accordance with the previous habitual tendencies of all readers, and thus spread to most of the Tibetan region. Moreover, at one time, the patrons of Ü-Tsang offered resources to Tolung Namtse Monastery, and Lotsawa Kyabchok, Redawa, Tsongkhapa the Great, and the three Chöjés turned the Wheel of Dharma, and it is said that they were very kind. This arose from the explanation of Sutra and Tantra, in accordance with Tsongkhapa the Great's intention to establish a tradition with the two stages of the Lamrim, and especially at the urging of Lotsawa Kyabchok, the precepts of the Vinaya were written down. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, messengers were sent to various monasteries with letters detailing the regulations for upholding the Vinaya (discipline), instructing them to follow these practices. Thus, until today, monasteries have maintained the customs of accepting offerings, using hand towels, repairing vows, observing fasting, sharing lunch, storing food, using clean water, bathing in the morning and evening, wearing shoes, sewing monastic robes, wearing round-necked garments, laying out cushions, using five types of body language, wearing yellow hats, using mouthwash, and being mindful of intoxication. It is said that these practices were very clear in the early Shami's (early Buddhist monks) practices, but later gradually disappeared and are now being restored. This can be considered the establishment of the second Dharma wheel. In addition, Drungchen Taisitu offered gifts to Jowo (Shakyamuni Buddha image) in Lhasa and invited Sangde Gursum (Secret, Bliss, Protection three deities), Gakyur Zulsam (three supports) and four Sanghas (monastic communities). He held the Dharma wheel ceremony twice. It is said that Tsalpa also did the same. Jamyang Gushri first invited Je Lama Dampa (Tsongkhapa) to reside in Yarlung and, on top of the earlier monasteries, invited the assembly of Tsetang, discussing and debating the teachings of the Tripitaka (three baskets of Buddhist scriptures). Through abundant offerings and respect, he expressed gratitude and respect for the precious teachings of the past and hoped that future rulers and wise spiritual friends would follow these excellent traditions. The above is a general narrative. In particular, I entered the teaching monastery and studied for fifty years. This Dharma wheel ceremony, which I performed in the Wood Rabbit year, includes the reasons, purposes, time, the content of the Dharma discussions with the Sangha assembly, and the offerings made to the Three Jewels. The reasons are as follows: In this degenerate age, even the name of the Dharma wheel has almost disappeared. In order to restore and revitalize it; although there is no division among the Sangha in terms of views and discipline, in this era of division due to greed for fame and gain, in order to unite the Sangha through the auspicious and harmonious Uposatha (Gsojong) ceremony; even if there are differences in sectarian views, in order to generate the wisdom of discriminating Dharma for those who have become confused and indistinguishable in the degenerate age. The purpose is: We established the foundation of the monastery at the age of forty-nine, in the Fire Monkey year. From the Earth Monkey year onwards, we... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
