ཡོན་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་ཟླ་ཕོགས་ཆུ་མིག་ཏུ་ཕུལ། སྟོན་ཆེན་གསུམ་ནི་འབྲོང་སྒང་ནས་དང་། སེང་གེ་རྩེ་ནས་དང་། རྒྱ་གན་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་མཛད་པ་ལ། མཚན་བརྗོད་འབུམ་གཏེར་རེའི་རྒྱུ་ཚོགས་གང་འགྲོ་ལ་ཆ་བཞག་པ་ཡིན། གཞན་ཡང་འབྲེལ་ཅན་གྱི་བླ་མ་སོ་སོ། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་སྡེ་སོ་སོ་ལ་སྐུ་སྐལ་སྔར་གྲུབ་པ་དང་། ཕྱིས་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་སོགས་ཞིབ་ཆ་དུས་ཕྱིས་ཀྱི་ཕྱི་མོ་ལ་དགོས་པ་རྣམས་ནི་ལོགས་སུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ།། །།འདིར་སྨྲས་པ། ཐུབ་བསྟན་ལང་ཚོ་འབར་བའི་ཀུན་གསལ་གདོང་། ཉི་ཟླ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྲོལ་ཆེན་རྣམས་གཉིས་དང་། །ལེགས་བཤད་སྐར་མའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་གྱུར་ཚེ། །འཛམ་གླིང་མུན་པར་གྱུར་པའི་གོ་སྐབས་ཅི། །གང་ཡང་འདི་ན་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པས་དྲི་མར་གྱུར་པ་མིན་པའི་མཆོད་པའི་ཕྲེང་བཟང་པོ། །ཕན་དང་བདེ་བའི་ལམ་ཆེན་པོར་ནི་གྱ་གྱུ་མིན་པར་འཇུག་བྱེད་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ལེགས་སྦྱར་གཏམ་བཟང་པོ། །འཛིན་འཆང་ཀློག་དང་འཆད་དང་ཀུན་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་པར་བྱེད་དེ་ནི་རྒྱལ་དང་དེ་སྲས་དགྱེས་མཛད་ཐབས་ཆེན་པོ། །རབ་འབར་རྨོངས་དང་ཆགས་ཁྲོའི་དབང་གྱུར་ཉེས་བྱས་མ་ལུས་དུམ་བུར་གཅོད་མཁས་འཁོར་ལོ་ལན་བརྒྱར་བསྐོར་མཛད་པོ། །སྔོན་བྱོན་ཆེན་པོའི་ལས་སྟབས་སྐྲུན་བྱེད་འབྱོར་པའི་ཚོགས་ལ་གང་འདིས་འགྲན་པའི་ཁེངས་པ་རྒྱས་མིན་མོད། །དེར་མཛད་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་གང་བསྙད་པ་དེས་ནི་འདིར་འབྱུང་གཏམ་ལ་སྐྲུན་པའི་གོ་སྐབས་ཀུན་བྲལ་བ། །ཕྲ་མོའི་ས་བོན་ལེགས་པར་བཏབ་པའི་རྣམ་དཀར་གྱིས་ནི་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ཀུན་འགེངས་པའི་དཔག་བསམ་ཤིང་ཆེན་ལྟར། །སྐྱེས་བུའི་བྱེད་དང་བདག་པོའི་དབང་གྱུར་བྲལ་དང་རྣམ་སྨིན་རྒྱུ་མཐུན་ཚོགས་རྣམས་དེང་འདིར་དགེ་ཞིང་ཤིས་པར་སྤྱོན། །ཅེས་ཤིང་མོ་ཡོས་ཀྱི་ལོ་ཐུབ་བསྟན་གསེར་མདོག་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་དུ་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་རྟེན་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་སྡེ་སྣོད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་རྟོག་གེ་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཉན་བཤད་ཀྱི་གྲྭ་ལེགས་པར་ཚུགས་པའི་དུས་ 16-10-13b ཀྱི་རབ་ཏུ་གནས་པ་དང་། དགའ་སྟོན་གྱི་རིམ་པ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་བསམས་ནས། ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བའི་རྣམ་གཞག་ཇི་ལྟར་གྲུབ་པའི་ཡི་གེ །གཟུ་བོར་གནས་པའི་མཛངས་པ་དགའ་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་གྲུབ་པའོ།། །།མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

将用于目标的月薪供奉于水池中。三大节日由仲岗、森格孜和嘉甘巴三位举办，并为《名号宝藏》的每一份供养品分配份额。此外，与此相关的各位喇嘛，各个僧团，其原有的份额和未来将获得的份额等详细信息，应另行了解，以便日后参考。 在此陈述：佛法如燃烧的青春般光芒四射，如日月般伟大的传统并存，若以善说之星辰点缀，世间怎会有黑暗的机会？ 无论何处，这清净的供养之链，未被烦恼和分别念所染污，是通往利益和安乐的大道，毫不动摇地引导人们进入殊胜的佛法，是美好的言辞。 执持、诵读、讲授并使一切圆满，这是令诸佛及其子嗣欢喜的伟大方法。以无比的光芒，将无明和贪嗔所支配的一切罪业斩断，是善于转动法轮百次的导师。 虽然我等无法与创造伟大先贤事业的财富相媲美，但他们所宣讲的佛法，使我等在此创造新事物的机会完全丧失。 如同将微小的种子播撒于良田，以纯净之善行，如意宝树般充满整个虚空。愿诸位贤士，远离自主和主宰的束缚，以及异熟果和俱生之果报，于今日吉祥安乐。 于木兔年，在名为‘图旦赛多坚’的寺庙中，为身语意之所依，以及三藏等珍贵的僧团，建立完善的闻思学修体系之际， 经过对安住和庆典仪轨的认真思考，完成了关于如何建立法轮的著作——《令公正贤者欢喜》。吉祥圆满！

The monthly salary dedicated to the goal is offered to the water pool. The three great festivals are held by Dzhonggang, Senggezê, and Gyaganba, and a share is allocated for each offering of the 'Treasury of Names'. Furthermore, the details of each related lama, each Sangha, their original shares, and those to be obtained in the future, should be understood separately for future reference. Here it is stated: The face of the Buddha's teachings, blazing with youth, and the great traditions like the sun and moon coexist. If adorned with a collection of stars of good teachings, how can there be an opportunity for darkness in the world? Wherever, this pure chain of offerings, unblemished by afflictions and discriminations, is the great path to benefit and happiness, unswervingly guiding beings into the excellent Dharma, the good words of Dharma. Holding, reciting, teaching, and perfecting everything, this is the great method that pleases the Buddhas and their heirs. With boundless light, cutting off all misdeeds dominated by ignorance, attachment, and anger, is the master who skillfully turns the wheel of Dharma hundreds of times. Although we cannot compare with the wealth that creates the deeds of great predecessors, their Dharma teachings have completely deprived us of the opportunity to create new things here. Like planting tiny seeds in good soil, with pure virtuous deeds, like a wish-fulfilling tree filling the entire expanse of the sky. May all virtuous ones, free from the bondage of autonomy and mastery, and the results of maturation and co-existence, enjoy auspiciousness and happiness today. In the year of the Wood Rabbit, at the monastery named 'Thupten Serdokchen', at the time of establishing a perfect system of study and practice of hearing and thinking for the support of body, speech, and mind, and the precious Sangha of the Three Baskets, After careful consideration of the rituals of abiding and celebration, the writing on how to establish the Wheel of Dharma—'That Which Pleases the Impartial Wise'—is completed.
