May we realize all phenomena as illusory, and may pure appearances be transformed into the path. May we generate revulsion from impure appearances, May we increase loving-kindness through the appearances of experience, May we, through pure appearances, for the benefit of sentient beings, Generate renunciation from the depths of our hearts. May we know that the cause is the basis for purification, May we realize that the method is the essence of purification, May all faults be exhausted and all qualities be perfected, May we make the result the path. May the delusion of dualistic grasping be purified in its own place, May we properly adopt and abandon, practicing correctly, May we realize the spontaneously co-emergent view, May we strive for the union of two truths. May the dependent arising of the body of others be in harmony, With the view of being free from the grasped and the grasper of conceptual imputation, May the Dharma nature, free from the darkness of ignorance, Be accomplished as the complete enjoyment body. At the request of many faithful ones, the glorious Shakya Chokden, having taken the supreme nectar of the Great Seal as a close disciple, the immaculate Legpai Lodro wrote it down, and the teacher Chokyi Gyaltsen was the scribe. May it be auspicious! The Words of Realization of Taklung Kagyu Rinchen Tashi—An Ear of Accomplishments The Words of Realization of Taklung Kagyu Rinchen Tashi—An Ear of Accomplishments Svasti! Praising one's own lama, Kalachakrapada: The red light of your fingernails is like the sun, The white light of your urna hair is like the moon. Making the night like day, I prostrate to the wisdom and compassion of Kalachakra. You are the perfect and complete Buddha, Not only the essence of many hearts, But also the source of all knowledge. Everything is perfectly complete in you. Those who are infatuated with the treatises written by Brahma and Bharata, Those who are arrogant, Have also abandoned the wine of arrogance, Have they not all respectfully come before you? Therefore, in India, There is no need to shed tears of sympathy, For some non-Buddhist astrologers. The four major schools of Buddhism, Each of their expositions is without error. You know their order perfectly, Without relying on others. The profound and vast Paramita, You have completely mastered. There is no need to seek from elsewhere, The teachings that combine emptiness and compassion. You can distinguish between emptiness and compassion, And you can also unite them. If you separate the two, You cannot understand your teachings. You possess the profound ultimate meaning, That is not included in the Vehicle schools. That which reveals this meaning --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You explain the supreme method of attainment that is not known to others. To other arrogant tantric practitioners, you know the outer, inner, and other three aspects that are unknown. In the outer and inner aspects of consciousness and mind, all that appears, the apprehended and the apprehender, are conventional truths. But how are they different in wisdom itself? That is the ultimate truth. I pray to the supreme lama who reveals these, prostrating to the outer, inner, and other three aspects, and offering those three as worship. Again and again, I pray for the attainment of the outer, inner, and other three aspects. In the delightful and pleasing palace of the Kalachakra (Dus-'khor-lo, Time Wheel) made of precious jewels, there are more than six hundred thousand auspicious and wonderful sights, as colorful as the rainbow of Dharmadhatu wisdom. Bringing me into it without obstruction, bestowing the seven empowerments, and completely granting the explanations and hearings of common accomplishments and tantric commentaries. Completely granting the methods of acting as a disciple and a guru for the four transcendent empowerments, and perfecting the four branches of approach and accomplishment. Supreme lama, named Precious Auspiciousness (Rin-chen bKra-shis), initially mastered the four difficult Prajnas. Then, in the monastery of Buton Lotsawa (Bu-ston Lo-tsa-ba), he knew all the practical rituals of the four classes of tantra. At that time, he received the Lamdre (Lam-'bras, Path and Fruit), Vajra Rosary, and Kriya Samda from E-wam Chos-kyi rje (E-wam Chos-kyi rje), named Kunga (Kun-dgav). He heard the scriptures of Buton Lotsawa and the teachings composed by Chos-rje Lama (Chos-rje bla-ma), as well as from his son Sherab (Shes-rab) and uncle Chos-rje. Having thus completed his studies and practice, with his knowledge and accomplishments, in Phan-yul (Phan-yul) in U-Tsang (dbUs-gTsang), he poured down a great rain of secret mantra teachings, such as empowerments, tantric commentaries, and instructions, to many famous great achievers and countless virtuous disciples. To those who were thirsty for the Dharma that came from their respective lineages, you are a great ocean like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Quickly fulfilling their desires in accordance with their respective aspirations, supreme lama! Possessor of a treasure of wish-fulfilling jewels, grant all auspiciousness at this moment! This biography of the great Bodhisattva, difficult to mention by name, Taglung Kagyu (sTag-lung bKa'-bzhi), known as 'The Sheaf of Accomplishments,' is thus completed. Shubham! Praise to Zangpo Lodro Gyaltsen Praise to Zangpo Lodro Gyaltsen! Possessing the glory of turning the wheel of the true Dharma, above the heads of a thousand noble beings, waving the white parasol of liberation, I pray to the holder of the banner of fame. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
