It is one aspect of being subject to others. Also, whether or not the master's amulet and other things have been blessed, and that I myself am not good at speaking, am a person from the borderlands, etc., using this as a reason, there is no opportunity to approach your presence. Otherwise, from the age of fifteen, I forcibly abandoned all my hometown relatives and prayed to you alone, thinking whether I could accomplish the sacred Dharma. But because this evil body of mine is controlled by evil karma, I have abandoned the great retinue and am constantly indulging in the small retinue day and night. Now, for this life, the next life, and the bardo, I beseech you to give unwavering care and help, and to impart teachings, the kindness is not small. In addition, there were many discussions about Dharma and sentient beings. Then the master said, "You are someone who has power over profound treasures, so it is easy for me to impart teachings. Who did you rely on as your first master? What teachings did you learn? What kind of teacher taught you to read? When did you get the treasure's catalog? How are the treasure companions and Dharma protectors? Please speak well, without hiding anything." Dewa Dorje said, "I have been interested in Dharma since I was young, but my parents did not allow it, so they pointed out a place to go. Then, when I was twelve years old, a yogi appeared in my dream, saying that he was the great accomplished Saraha, saying that it was a Dharma class of the bodiless dakini, so I learned the wheel of channels and winds. In addition, all the instructions for the great bliss of the lower gate were transmitted from him. At the age of thirteen, the dakini sent a prophecy, predicting that the companions, treasure place, and Dharma protectors were all in this direction, but because I was illiterate, I temporarily left it alone. At that time, Tseringma helped and wrote a memo. At the age of sixteen, I should have gone to the holy land, but at the age of fifteen, I prayed to you and came to the south. Seventeen In the year, I was bound by the prophecy of the Great Treasure of Garra, but the interdependence was subject to others. Then, when you went to Khaggab (place name) for the death of an official at the age of eighteen, the commander Sangmo and the two of us offered tea from the stone water spring and prayed for you to stay there, but the monk Wangchenpa did not allow you to stay. At that time, you gave material things and gave teachings and prayers, etc. Therefore, three profound treasures were taken from Marong (place name)."

Also found were the ritual catalog and the teachings on the practice of the Ocean-Born Vajra. At the age of nineteen, due to a dreamlike illusion, upon waking up, I was able to write and recite texts without effort. Furthermore, although I didn't get to inquire about the supreme Dharma of the Great Perfection of Light, the ultimate fruit, from one perspective, even though I saw the mere appearance of appearances as a means to the path, I, due to my own low intelligence, considering the hardship, was unable to inquire. When I did inquire, the master again said, 'If that's the case, if your appearances as a means to the path are not understood, then what is your own experiential understanding like?' Dewai Dorje said, 'From the age of sixteen until now, ༈ I haven't found even a little bit of what could be called "this is practice." Outwardly, the environment appears clear and distinct, inwardly, the mind hasn't been altered, it's empty and vast. In between, due to the influence of the multitude of thoughts, is this unchangeable, naked awareness, which can be called mind? Since this is the basis of both samsara and nirvana, it is not non-existent. It is beyond words and thoughts, pervasive like space, so it is not existent either. This primordial liberation that doesn't fall into either existence or non-existence, this great state beyond mind, I think that is the nature of awareness.' The master said, 'That wisdom of clarity and emptiness inseparable is called awareness, but if you can practice without separating from the original state of that nature, that's fine.' Afterwards, the two of them had many discussions about the Dharma of the Great Perfection. In particular, Dewai Dorje told the master everything without hiding anything, including the oral transmission teachings, the instructions on the Vajra Drinking Water practice, as well as the treasure catalog, the origins of the treasure revealers, and so on. The master said, 'In your catalog, my catalog also seems to have always been there, but the circumstances haven't been favorable. The speech of Garra Tulku is very good, so that kind of auspicious connection is needed. Is I myself in your catalog?' Dewai Dorje said he didn't understand, and although the master himself was regarded as the main companion, he thought that others didn't have the inclination for protectors and so on, so he left it at that. After that, the master said, 'Next year, my brother Khyentse Rinpoche is in danger, so your blessing is needed.'
