由于金刚道友们多次劝请，因其深奥而无法拒绝，故依循先前诸成就自在者之金刚预言，以及彼尊者自身之至上金刚心髓，莲花生大师之预言所赞叹之昆桑德炯秋尼旺姆，实际上，我这个无甚要紧的游方瑜伽士，持有末世掘藏师之名，作为所有弟子中最下等的德钦德瓦多吉，于自身三十四岁之年，木牛年八月上弦初五之日。 于索珠仁波切之座昆桑特秋林之静处，拉隆诺布玉孜之前，萨珍格年西绕沃巴之附近，自性空行聚集之圣地，将空行之口诀毫无遗漏地记录下来，文字记录由心之嫡子楚臣多吉妥善完成。善哉！善哉！ ༈ 善哉！吉祥！萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）愿以此功德，甚深伏藏教法得以弘扬光大，永不离弃具德上师， 自他二利圆满究竟，愿无二智慧法身得以显现。德瓦多吉所作。此传记乃彼尊者以有形无形之方式度化所化众生之多种事迹，然为我等信众之依凭，略作节选而书写。以年龄为基础，故有时事业虽略有不同，然因时节早晚等略有差异，亦勿生疑。再者，恳请金刚道友中见识广博、智慧具足者，能够撰写宏大传记，不胜感激。我波莫，因愚昧无知、智慧浅薄、精进不足，故仅作简略记录，请知悉。德瓦多吉之代表，善哉！

Due to the repeated requests of the Vajra brothers and sisters, I could not refuse because of its profoundness. Therefore, following the Vajra prophecies of many past accomplished masters, and the supreme Vajra essence of that very Lord, praised by the prophecy of Guru Padmasambhava, Kunsang Dekyong Chonyi Wangmo, in reality, I, a wandering yogi with nothing much to do, holding the name of a treasure revealer of the degenerate age, the lowest of all disciples, Dechen Dewa Dorje, in my thirty-fourth year, on the fifth day of the waxing moon of the eighth month of the Wood Ox year. In the secluded place of Kunsang Tekchok Ling, the seat of So Trul Rinpoche, in front of Lhalung Norbu Yutse, near Sazin Gengen Sherab Obar, from the sacred place where the self-arisen Dakinis gather, the Dakini's oral instructions were recorded without omission. The writing was well done by the heart's foremost son, Tsultrim Dorje. Good! Good! ༈ Good! Auspicious! Sarva Mangalam! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) By the power of this, may the profound treasure teachings be extensively propagated, may we never be separated from the glorious protector, the supreme Lama, May the two benefits of self and others be perfectly accomplished, may the indivisible wisdom Dharmakaya be manifested. However, as a basis of faith for us followers, it has been written in a slightly abridged form. Based on age, there may be slight differences in some activities, but do not doubt it due to slight differences in the timing of the seasons. Furthermore, I humbly request that Vajra brothers and sisters with broad knowledge and wisdom be able to write a grand biography.
