Especially excellent. Because the nature of reality has not fallen into eternalism, From the completion of the aspect of nihilism, it is especially excellent to realize the essence of the ground, the realm of samsara and nirvana. That is, the views of eternalism have not fallen into nihilism, and the aspects of nihilism have not fallen into eternalism, and are completed in the manner of increasing qualities. Similarly, merely realizing the selflessness of individuals is the vehicle of hearers and solitary realizers. Realizing the two kinds of selflessness is excellent. Not falling into the extremes of permanence and annihilation is Madhyamaka or Bodhisattva. Not being bound by the mind of grasping emptiness as emptiness is excellent. Not confusing ordinary actions and activities is the Kriya Tantra. Realizing the state of being pure from the beginning is excellent. The view and conduct are perfectly non-dual, which is the Charya Tantra. The view and conduct of body, speech, and mind are not done separately, which is excellent. Yoga emphasizes the view. It is excellent not to rely on the view in particular. Realizing that the deity and self-appearance are non-dual is Maha (Sanskrit: Mahā, great). It is excellent to be free from mental grasping and effort. Realizing that the realm and primordiality are non-dual is Anu (Sanskrit: Anu, subtle). It is excellent not to regard the two as cause and effect. It is excellent that movement is liberated in its own place, which is the Mind Series. It is excellent that mind and mental events are transformed into wisdom. The realm and awareness are non-dual, which is the Space Series. This is also excellent because it is free from attachment. Thus, the qualities of all vehicles are perfected at once, and it possesses many excellent greatnesses. This is called the Secret Oral Instruction Series, which is the general outline of all vehicles, and is like the nature of the unification of all vehicles. Therefore, it should be understood that the other vehicles are only a small part of it. After that, the realm mother became invisible. Here, it is manifested by the wisdom of the ground meaning. The branches of the meaning ritual are all complete, Possessing seven names and meanings, increasing other vehicles, For the sake of completion, the single path is the most excellent. This is also an intermediate verse summarizing the meaning of the occasion. Second, there are two ways to practice by meditating on its meaning: The general explanation of the way to meditate without attachment. The order of equanimity and subsequent states is explained in detail. First, the general explanation of the way to meditate without attachment is that this is about 66 Meeting King Shri Singha (Sanskrit: Śrī Siṃha) of Holding and giving instructions. The name Great Perfection is the great realm in which the three paths of samsara and nirvana are perfected, and

知道其状态的方式是 大圆满的见地,像这样知道后,以自在转变原始本基的方式,在自身上觉醒和扩展,就是无有目标指向的禅修。譬如水滴融入大海时,大海无法被改变而变成大海,或者瓶子里的天空和外面的天空融合时,天空无法被改变而遍布天空一样。而且,基和心没有内外,只是因为我执而像内外一样隔断而已。就像水本来是自解脱的,却被寒冷的束缚冻结成冰一样,基本来是自解脱的,却仅仅因为我执的束缚而形成了整个轮回。第二,分别讲述等持和后得的次第,就是要如实地了解这种状态。从身体方面来说,放下好坏中三种行为,像坟地的尸体一样无所作为地安住;语言的三种行为也同样放下,像哑巴一样安住;

Knowing the way of its state is The view of Dzogchen. Having known it in this way, awakening and expanding in oneself by way of freely transforming the primordial original ground is meditation free from any object of focus. For example, when a drop of water merges with the ocean, the ocean cannot be changed but becomes the ocean, or when the sky inside a vase merges with the sky outside, the sky cannot be changed but becomes vast like the sky. Moreover, there is no inner or outer to the ground and mind, but it is only cut off as if there were an inner and outer due to self-grasping. Just as water, which is naturally self-liberated, is bound into ice by the bond of cold, so too, the entire samsara is formed solely by the bond of self-grasping from the ground, which is naturally self-liberated. Secondly, explaining the order of equipoise and subsequent attainment in detail is to understand such a state as it is. From the aspect of body, abandoning the three actions of good, bad, and neutral, abiding without action like a corpse in a charnel ground; likewise, abandoning the three actions of speech, abiding like a mute;
