Like dew, they vanish. It is as you said. Entrust the essence of death to the empty tomb. Having thoroughly completed the four entrustments of Jowo Kadampa, one must make life and practice equal, otherwise, merely relying on empty words, one will only engage in empty talk, reversing cause and effect, being deceived by false prophecies, piling up fortresses of afflictions, letting the thoughts of grasping and clinging run rampant, and merely remaining in the false appearance of asceticism, how can one attain Buddhahood? If that were the case, then all sentient beings would not need to practice the stages of the path to attain Buddhahood. This contradicts what the supreme victors said: "Reduce food intake, reduce sleep, and gather the scattered mind." Therefore, do not do that, but be content with a humble position, wear ragged clothes, and let go of appearances completely. From the depths of your heart, do not fear even the Lord of Death, Yama, but outwardly, you must be superior to the goose king, the guardian of the world, and you must have the ability to transform the evil thoughts of others into good thoughts. The Great Orgyen said, "My realization is higher than the sky, and my karmic results are finer than flour." The Vajra Speech also says, "In the future, during the time of the five degenerations, if there is a supreme son who practices this instruction, as rare as a star in the daytime, then advise him in the manner of a will, listen and remember! Whatever the appearances and mind are like now, they will be like that in the future as well, whether one is liberated or not depends on the present appearances and mind. Understand! How one is confused now, one will be confused in the future as well; how one is liberated now, one will be liberated that much in the future as well. Look at the appearances of dreams, there are also three signs: The best dissolves into the Dharmadhatu in dreams, immersed in the play of clear light. The middling knows that dreams are dreams, and without true clinging to one's own continuum, has power over transformations and so on. The worst, in the future, the continuation of karma and evil bodies will be cut off, and as a sign of becoming more and more supreme, the dreams of evil karmic imprints will be exhausted, and one will only dream of good things,"
