Furthermore, gazing straight ahead with eyes half-closed, And, the key to the objects, the support of the Dharmakaya is the clear sky of ripening crops about a cubit high under the sun; the support of the Sambhogakaya is gazing straight at the center or surface of the moon; The support of the Nirmanakaya is gazing slightly upwards at Aloke and Manshel for a moment, like an upright arrow. Second, the key to the wind, like the lower vehicle, without relying on the path of half-binding, the two lips are made slightly apart, and the exhalation and inhalation of breath are practiced slowly from the middle, and the key to the wandering mind of wind is liberated from this. Why? Because the cause of impure karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies, the coarse wind-mind is the manifest door—the mouth, and the subtle is the hidden door—the two nostrils. The way it flows is from the lungs to the trachea and other pipes, It is filled by the flow of karma wind, and the cause of its growth and expansion is the arising of the coarse thoughts of the five poisons and heat diseases; when the wind decreases downwards, various thoughts arise, Many unpredicted things appear, as well as the rise of cold diseases, etc., depending on the flow of wind, countless large, medium, and small uncertain thoughts arise. Therefore, the cause is the mind, The nature of the Dharma, the sound like a promiscuous man, and the condition is the karma wind, like a wild blind horse, when the two gather at the same time, relying on the power of dependent origination, the five sense doors grasp the objects, and create all kinds of confusion. From the charnel ground corpse playing, it is said: The nature of the mind is wisdom, in it arises the skill of grasping and being grasped, with breath as the horse, meeting with conditions. Thus it is said. The various thoughts of the mind are like riding, because in one day, the wind of the senses reaching maturity runs twenty-one thousand times, so, although there are many profound methods of forcibly binding the wind-mind from the path of holding the pulse-wind, that itself is a great obstacle and error. Therefore, in the case of this path, from the mouth and nose equally, from the middle of the lips slightly separated, the exhalation and inhalation of breath are performed, and when good thoughts arise, such as faith in the lama, devotion to the Dharma, renunciation of samsara, compassion for sentient beings, etc., the wind ༄༅། །Hold it in slightly, then exhale slowly, the kinds of bad thoughts

When afflictions such as attachment and aversion cause the arising of wrong views towards the guru and Dharma friends, and when there is no faith in the Dharma and no desire to practice meditation, one should exhale and not inhale too much. In particular, one should supplicate the guru, receive the four empowerments, and in the state of knowing that samsara is the nature of suffering, one should encourage one's own mind-stream towards the Dharma, and learn these key points. The third is the key point of awareness: "Manifested consciousness, etc., the key is to know," as taught. Awareness is placed immovably on the ground of the dharmadhatu. For example, like the cloudless sky, the bright radiance of manifested consciousness, free from speech, thought, and expression, the nature of awareness is un fabricated, self-luminous, and great, without shaking, moving, or changing, and remains still in the dharmadhatu, free from awareness and emptiness. This makes the realization of non-conceptual great wisdom manifest. Relying on such special methods and key instructions, impure winds are filled with pure primordial winds. The appearances of the dharmadhatu, bindu, and luminosity increase, and the light of awareness gains stability in the realm of the dharmadhatu through the key point of slowness. This is taught as a special method, so one should understand this as supreme. Therefore, the key instructions for practice are briefly taught as follows: The door of action is the body, so the body should not move from its seated posture, but remain without thought, like a corpse in a charnel ground. Speech is the door of wind, which is language, so to keep this key point from moving, all speech should be completely stopped, and one should remain silent like a mute. Discrimination is the door of space, which is the mind, so one should not fabricate one's own awareness, but manifest luminosity. In this way, the four appearances reach their peak, wind and mind separate, and the continuum of delusion is cut off. Awareness remains unmoving, so the nature of reality, which transcends mental thought, is primordially pure, and the dharmadhatu, free from elaboration, is revealed. In that state, one should remain un fabricated and natural, and completely abandon all activities of the three doors, whether large, medium, or small. Like a person who has completed his task, one should remain without action, and understand that this is a special key point. Thus, the explanation of the key points of the three doors is the chapter on teaching, the seventh chapter. Samaya (藏文:ས་མ་ཡ,梵文天城体:समय,梵文罗马拟音:samaya,汉语字面意思:誓言), sealed with this samaya.
