The key points of the place and the benefits of practicing there ༄༅། །It is to show the key points to be obtained. Secondly, the posture of rolling up like an elephant is the posture of the Sambhogakaya. The toes of the two soles of the feet Pointing outwards is the key to holding the moving karma wind. Lying with the mouth closed is the key to suppressing the accumulated Dharma obstacles. Knees and chest aligned and close together is the key to descending the heat of arising. Placing both elbows on the ground is the key to guiding awareness onto the Dharmadhatu. Lifting the cheeks upwards with the palms of both hands is the key to the inseparability of Dharmadhatu and awareness. This is the key to taking the posture of the Sambhogakaya as the path, and the way to obtain its merits. Furthermore, the third posture of the Dharmakaya Lion is: placing both feet on the ground in front, with the soles of the feet facing each other, is the key to balancing the heat of the elements. Placing both hands in the Center, with fingers clenched into a vajra fist, and sitting with them placed on the ground in front, is the key to reversing the scattering karma wind. Relaxing the upper body and straightening the spine Sitting upright is the key to quickly arising experiences and perceptions. Tilting the head slightly forward is the key to the non-separation of Dharmadhatu and awareness. This is the key to taking the posture of the Dharmakaya as the path. It is a special means for manifesting the innate radiance of the Dharmata, so it should be known as the supreme key. In any of the three postures, the parts of the body are balanced and relaxed, and the key points of Dharmadhatu and bindu are stable, so it should be done as is comfortable. However, it is not necessary to perform all three postures at the same time. Furthermore, regarding the method of not moving the eyes and not separating from the gaze, the first posture is to sit upright in the lotus position. The way of looking is also to slightly lower the eyes to the tip of the nose. It is because the Nirmanakaya has the eye of wisdom, so it opens the vision of wisdom. Secondly, the Sambhogakaya has the eye of wisdom, so the way of looking is either to the right or to the left, or to look obliquely, or to look straight at the expanse of the sky in front of oneself in order to clarify the natural manifestation of wisdom, and so on, alternately. How the appearance of Dharmadhatu ༄༅། །is clear, one should remain there.

Third, the Dharmakaya possesses the eye of Dharmata, so the way of looking is also to turn the eyeballs upwards. When gazing at the sky of the crown of the head, it is the opening of the vision of wisdom. The difference in how to obtain the merits of these three ways of sitting and looking is stated in the Thalgyur: The Dharmakaya's posture is like a lion, free from all fears of delusion, and will be seen with the vajra eye. The Sambhogakaya's posture is based on the reclining of an elephant, enjoying (or experiencing) the meaning of Dharmata, and will be seen with the lotus eye. The Nirmanakaya's posture is based on the squatting of a sage, the appearance of the Dharmakaya naturally manifests, and will be seen with the eye of Dharma. Thus it is said. Second, the key point of speech, in the Root Tantra it says: Speech should rely on learning, abiding, and recitation. Thus it is said, if speech is not stopped, then relying on it, the delusion of scattered thoughts will increase, and because of that reason, various words of greed, hatred, hope, and fear will arise, and it will become an obstacle that disturbs the mind. Therefore, the key point of speech, stopping speech, is very important. In the Klongsal it says: Whoever masters the key point of speech in this way, the cause of speech is exhausted, transcending suffering. Thus it is said. Third, the key point of mind, in the Klongsal it says: The mind is entrusted to the outer space, the inner lamp appears manifestly. Thus it is said. That is, recognizing that the Dharmata, which is free from the three of base, arising, and cessation, is the nature of the sky, and the path of luminosity is awareness-emptiness, transcending thought and expression, manifesting in the state of equality and completeness, the vast expanse, The fruit is unsurpassed, oneself becoming a Buddha on oneself, like space dissolving into space. Awareness is the Dharmata that is free from speech, thought, and expression, and in that Suchness, without artificiality, naturally abiding, so in the Klongsal it says: Thus mastering the key point of mind, the three kayas' awareness appears as emptiness. Thus it is said. The third meaning is to look at the luminosity of the three key points, as indicated by "The key point of the door, the eyes, etc., learn slowly." Here, the key point of crossing the peak lies in the door, object, wind, and awareness. In the Thalgyur it says: That is, the door and the object themselves, the key points of wind and awareness correspond. Thus it is said. First, the key point of the manifesting door is the pure part of the senses, which is the eye, that itself turning down
