Settling on a stable ground, liberating the clinging to dualistic appearances of samsara into the expanse. Resting in the expanse of non-dual great equality, uttering the melodious song of "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), striving diligently towards the goal. Then, the method of purifying the realms is as indicated by "Again, the great arrow, etc., sealed with a seal": Again, visualizing one's own body as "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), like shooting an arrow with a great arrow, or like a great garuda soaring into the sky, leaping to the central direction, clearly visualizing the majestic realm and palace. Then, proceeding sequentially to the Abhirati realm in the east, Similarly, to the Glorious realm in the south, the Pure Land of Great Bliss in the west, and the realm of Perfected Action in the north, gradually going to these realms, at the time of seeing the palace, thinking of purifying all the sins, obscurations, and faults accumulated in the three times, then, circumambulating the victorious ones of the five Buddha families and their retinues with intense devotion, prostrating with the three great faiths, Transforming the merits and enjoyments of the phenomenal world, etc., into immeasurable offerings of reality and imagination, equal to the number of dust particles in infinite realms, offering them. May the Sugatas, the five Buddha families, consider with compassion, seeing the joyful faces and hearing the melodious voices, receiving empowerment and transmission, thinking of attaining unsurpassed enlightenment in the future, Achieving the Buddha-fruit of spontaneous accomplishment of the two benefits, receiving prophecy, and integrating the focus into it, cherishing effort. In all these moments, without distraction, focusing awareness on "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), uttering the song of "Hūṃ" from the mouth with a slow and melodious tone. By this, purifying the habitual tendencies of the object, bringing body and speech into the right path, there is a need to accomplish the realm. Finally, adorning the end with pure dedication and aspiration, and sealing with a seal, this is the most crucial point. Third, the benefits of these are: external appearances increase, thereby seeing external appearances as unreal, transforming all appearances into the play of wisdom. The inner illusory body increases, thereby reversing attachment to the body, the body liberating into luminosity. Practicing on external appearances, all that

Knowing that appearances are unreal, like illusions and dreams, one sees that all appearing existence, both the container and its contents, arise solely from the play of one's own awareness, and do not originate from anywhere else, either temporarily or in the future. By practicing the play of awareness within oneself, one temporarily pacifies all illnesses, evil influences, and obstacles by diligently pursuing this path. Ultimately, the result is that the illusory body ripens into a body of light and is liberated into the uncontaminated state. By kneading and pressing, one temporarily eliminates the faults of the channels and winds. Ultimately, one gains control over both wind and mind, achieving the samadhi of cessation. By entering the path, one temporarily accomplishes the benefit of beings, plants the seeds of purifying realms in the mindstream, and ultimately, one arrives at the realization that samsara and nirvana are perfected as one's own manifestation, spontaneously accomplishing the deeds of the two benefits. In short, these practices commonly purify the sins and obscurations of speech and pacify external and internal obstacles. In particular, speech matures into the sambhogakaya, ripening into speech vajra and attaining liberation. These are the fifth chapter on distinguishing the branches in the oral tradition of the bee. This signifies that it is sealed with the seal of the command. Third, in the sequence of distinguishing the branches of mind, there are also four aspects: examining the root of the mind and determining the three places of origin, dwelling, and going; introducing the mind as the union of clarity and emptiness with certainty; and truly settling and placing it in its own place. First, in teaching how to train the mind, it is said in the Prasangika: "Where does the mind initially arise? Where does it dwell in the middle? Where does it ultimately go?" By examining and analyzing these three, one understands the nature of the mind by training the mind. Thus, first examine where one's own mind arises. Externally, examine the four elements, the container and contents of the world. Internally, examine the three parts of one's own body: the head, middle, and end. In the middle, examine the appearances of desirable objects. In which of these does the mind that grasps at "I" arise? Determine its place of origin. Or, does this mind arise from something that exists, or from something that does not exist? Examine and analyze this in detail to make a determination. If one believes that the mind is something that exists, then its shape, color, and so on must also be truly established. If one believes that it is empty and nonexistent, then there is no way for emptiness, something that is nonexistent, to enter the realm of nonexistence.
