Through training and repeatedly practicing various postures, the body will not feel the love and hate of cold, heat, hunger, and thirst. The mouth believes in the Guru's teachings, and naturally understands all the characteristics of the Dharma. In the mind, the wisdom of emptiness and clarity, unconditioned, will also arise. In particular, if one can reach the standard of Bardo practice, it will ultimately become the cause of completely eradicating Samsara. The above is a rough outline of Samsara. Now, to distinguish the rough outline of the deceased, as the text says, "In the end, it is still oneself, etc., to recite." This means that again, all of one's appearances are transformed in an instant, and all internal and external vessels and sentiments, together with the five aggregates and eighteen realms, are visualized as dissolving into emptiness, into the Dharmadhatu that is unconditioned and beyond words and thoughts. From that great emptiness, just as a rainbow appears in the sky, the realm of an instant appears, the vastness of the pure land is equal to the Dharmadhatu, the surface is smooth and flat, as soft as a maiden's palm. The golden ground is covered with various jewels, the medicinal herb mountain is filled with fragrant mist, there are lakes with eight qualities of water, and lotus flowers of various colors are in full bloom. Bodhi trees and other trees grow luxuriantly, and various kinds of birds make the sound of the Dharma on them, etc., this is the beautiful adornment of the earth. In the sky, five-colored rainbow lights depict countless patterns, and in the space of nets and half-nets, there are countless offerings, and the goddesses of desire hold unimaginable offerings, as dense as clouds, offering to the assembly of gods, etc., this is the beautiful adornment of the sky. In the sky, many sons and daughters of the gods play beautiful music, dance hand gestures, play various musical instruments, and hold beautiful banners and parasols, this is the beautiful adornment of the sky. In the center of such a perfectly adorned pure land, on a high platform made of various jewels, one transforms into the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, the color of his body is like a golden mountain illuminated by billions of suns, light and rays of light radiate, the right hand forms the earth-touching mudra, the left hand forms the meditation mudra, the two legs are in the vajra posture, and the face is peaceful and with a smiling radiance.

I am adorned with the three kinds of Dharma robes, with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of excellence. From the tip of each pore of my body, countless rays of light emanate, pervading all the abodes and realms of the six classes of beings. Just as sunlight falls upon a mustard seed, the continuum of the six classes of beings, formed by karma, afflictions, habitual tendencies, and perceptions of objects, is purified. Not a single one of the six classes of beings is left out, and they all become attendants in the order of Bodhisattvas, Bodhisattva mothers, Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddhas. All beings also liberate their continuums through the Dharma that is appropriate to each of them, and again arrive in my pure land, where they meet the Buddhas, receive empowerments, prophecies, and blessings, and thus realize the indivisible intention. They attain Buddhahood as the illusory wheel dissolves into the Dharmadhatu of the primordial, original ground, Samantabhadra. By contemplating in this way and repeatedly abiding in equanimity, it becomes the cause for proceeding to the Nirmāṇakāya pure land, and by practicing the conduct of the Three Jewels, beings see the teacher, both internally and externally. May secret obstacles be pacified, and may the ultimate two benefits spontaneously arise. Third, the extent of practice is indicated by the words "the three realms of samsara, etc., the extent of mastery." Thus, the extent of taming the three doors in this way is best for eighty days, medium for half a month, and at the very least, practice for no less than ten or seven days. When the clinging to the three doors is reversed, and all the places and appearances of the three realms of samsara are known to be not truly established, like illusions; like mirages, devoid of grasping at things and names; and without acceptance or rejection, abandonment or adoption, clinging or attachment to whatever appears, like a dream, then the extent of taming mastery is reached. Fourth, the benefit of doing so is that by practicing in this way, the obscurations of body, speech, and mind are purified in common, and obstacles are pacified. When the clinging to the three doors is dissolved, one will not engage in confused actions. Ultimately, there is a need to attain Buddhahood, inseparable from the Vajra body, speech, and mind of the Victorious Ones. As it is said in the "Approaching Realization," "Whatever difference there is in taming, it is not the reversal of the three realms." Thus it is said. In this way, the external taming is good.
