The chapter on distinguishing the branches, which is the sixth. Samaya. Guhya. In the order of actual practice, there are three key points of sitting posture: First, place the soles of the feet on the ground, press the knees against the chest, cross the fingers of the hands and hug the knees, cross the arms, hug the armpits, and join the palms. Another one, join the hands behind the back, place the elbows on the knees and sit. This is the key point of the path for the Nirmanakaya. Turn the soles of the feet outwards, close the mouth, press the knees against the chest, place the elbows on the ground, and lift the cheeks with the palms. This is the key point of the path for the Sambhogakaya. Another one, with the soles of the feet facing forward and joined together, place the vajra fists on the ground in the middle, and sit with the spine straight. This is the key point of the path for the Dharmakaya. For the viewing posture, first lower the gaze to the tip of the nose. Second, look straight ahead to the left and right. Third, look upwards in reverse. The key is to half-close the eyes and look slightly. The key to the breath is that the lips should not touch slightly, and practice the slow inhalation and exhalation of breath from the middle. Abide in the manifest state of awareness, without moving. These are the supreme key points of slow wind and awareness. The body does not move, abide like a corpse in a charnel ground. Speech does not move, abide like a mute. Awareness does not move, abide in the manifest state. Know the key points of the nine gatherings of the three doors. The chapter on explaining the key points of the three doors, which is the seventh. Samaya. Guhya. The lamp of the basis of reality has six aspects. The essence of the body is the mind, which is the lamp of flesh. The essence of the channels is kati, which is a crystal tube. The essence of the doors is longyak, which is the lamp of water. These three are the lamps of the container, which are three. The essence of external arising is the purity of the inner realm, the essence of internal arising is the thigle empty lamp, and the wisdom of manifestation is the self-arising lamp. These are the lamps of essence, called three. In short, the lamp of longyak water, and the lamp of the purity of the inner realm, and the lamp of thigle emptiness, and the self-arising lamp of wisdom, these are the yoga body (sku,काय,kāya,身) four lamps of the path, there are four. Originally, the lamp of the basis of reality has six aspects. For all sentient beings, it exists spontaneously, but it is not manifest, but lies dormant. Exists. The chapter on showing the state of the lamps of the basis and the path, which is the eighth. Samaya. Guhya. Now is the method.

Thus, the wisdom of knowing, the means to purify the manifested defilements, the three lineages of vidyadhara lamas, all the Buddhas and their sons of the ten directions and four times, appear densely in the form of rainbow clouds of light, from the pupils of the eyes, merge into the path of Kati, merge into the play of the sphere of space. The aggregates, elements, and sources of one's own body expand greatly, and all external and internal objects and substances burn like the play of the five light aggregates. Everything is clear and momentarily rests in the play of pure space. Then, all thoughts, meditations, and objects of focus are abandoned, and the radiance manifests, abiding in effortless action. All the radiance that appears in the external sky, other than the empty space, is the lamp of the pure inner space. Abandoning good and bad hopes and doubts, mental fabrications, etc., rest completely in the nature of manifestation. In general, the appearances of the delusions of the six realms arise as the initial consciousness in the form of objects. Subsequent thoughts grasp and cling to them, clinging to the five desires of external and internal objects. Due to the cause of manifest attachment, one wanders in delusion. By relying on this path, the very nature of consciousness is transformed into pure space, and the impure kalpas are destroyed in space. This is the supreme essence of the true essence of consciousness. The ninth chapter, which shows the principle of the arising of purity and impurity. Samaya. Guhya. If one does not realize this properly, no matter how one meditates, one will stray into the path of grasping and being grasped. Therefore, after gaining certainty in the Trekchö view, after realizing samsara and nirvana as one's own appearances, one's own appearances are merely appearances, which is emptiness. The essence is empty, and the nature is self-luminous. Emptiness and luminosity are inseparable. For example, like water that has cleared of impurities, water and clarity are inseparable. Likewise, various images can appear. སྱྃད(藏文), syom (Sanskrit Romanization), quiescence. Water itself can manifest images, just as there is no image in water other than water. The nature of mind itself is empty luminosity, from which all kinds of phenomena arise. Appearances are not mind, nor are they different from mind. Just as the sky can manifest rainbows, when causes and conditions come together, it is interdependent origination. When the initial consciousness becomes an object, it is the miraculous transformation of the movement of the wind, the aggregation of the three causes of ignorance.
