Do not let me be controlled by laziness even for a moment. Om! Diligently strive for Dharma through the three doors without delay. Now, possessing the freedom to practice Dharma and having the eye to discern what to abandon and adopt, if you cannot accomplish a genuine Dharma for the time of death, then once afflicted by the sickness of death, there will be no time to practice. Knowing this, abandon worldly affairs and abide in a state of non-action. These are the supreme and unparalleled essence of all sacred Dharmas. Not wasting the instructions is serving the Guru. Having no hidden or overt faults in vows is the life force of deities and protectors. Devoting one's life to Dharma is the three essentials for having no regrets at the time of death. Guarding vows and commitments like one's life is the key to preventing great practitioners from mingling with the ordinary. Understanding all the enjoyments of desirable qualities that arise as the five senses as being like a dream from last night. Having no preference for much or little food, just enough to sustain life, and no preference for good or bad clothes, just enough to cover the body, practicing contentment is the instruction for not getting lost in bad places. Knowing that worldly affairs have no essence, not even as much as a sesame seed, cutting off attachment and aversion, such as conquering enemies and protecting friends. And knowing that worldly activities have no end or completion, like a design drawn in incense ash, they are endless. Do not waste your life in the mindset of doing it tomorrow or allowing it, but restrain your mind from within and quickly strive for the essential practice. This is the instruction for ending bad actions. Thinking of practicing Dharma after finishing worldly affairs is like accomplishing demons before practicing Dharma. Do not do that. From the moment you enter the door of Dharma until the end of death, do not be lax. Do not let the three doors be controlled by careless non-Dharma even for a moment. Day and night, without interruption, focus single-mindedly on the practice of Kadag (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Chinese literal meaning: Primordial Purity) and Lhundrub (Tibetan: ལྷུན་གྲུབ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Chinese literal meaning: Spontaneous Accomplishment), maintain the practice, and cultivate perseverance and endurance. It is extremely important to devote one's life to Dharma in this way is the best person, devoting half of one's time to Dharma is the middle person, and even the lowest person should practice for a few months. If you do not practice even that much, then you are a person without a brain, empty inside, without refuge in this life or the next, and without merit. Look at my wasted life up to now, now

Life is like the setting sun behind the clouds. If you don't seize the opportunity for liberation, it will be difficult to obtain a precious human body again. It is difficult to meet a qualified lama, and difficult to encounter the profound teachings. Please carefully contemplate these difficulties. Do not leak the instructions, and do not be blamed by a qualified lama; keep your vows without hidden agendas, and do not be blamed by the gods and protectors. You must dedicate your life to Dharma and have no regrets at the time of death, so that you do not blame yourself. Even if you have great power, status, and enjoyment in both worldly and spiritual matters, you must be humble like a leper. Even if you encounter bad circumstances and misfortunes, and suffer, do not be discouraged. Like a madman, understand that everything is illusion and dream. Some people abandon their small families and go to other places, claiming to be hermits, but they deceive others with lies and deceit, build large families, and waste their time on the wrong path of samsara. This is very sad. As Jetsun Milarepa said, "If a practitioner does not realize the hermitage, there is no greater downfall than that." Some people consider themselves old lamas and assume they have the ability to guide the dead and save the living. They spend their lives indulging in the rewards of corpses and so on, and consider it a virtue. This is a lama who takes for profit and a robber who takes by means, and their thoughts and actions are the same, which is very pitiful. Therefore, you must recognize your own abilities and quickly strive to accomplish the great things of the next life. Fourth, the way to reach the ultimate liberation is: First, study, etc. To become a Buddha. First, rely on a qualified Vajra Master and learn without error what should be practiced through the wisdom of hearing. In the middle, through observation and analysis, experience arises in one's own mind, and one realizes through the wisdom of contemplation. Finally, through familiarization with the meaning of realization, one must achieve an unwavering state of liberation with fourfold conviction. If this is not the case, liberation cannot be attained merely through knowledge and realization. For example, food is like Mount Meru.
