དྨོར་བཞུགས། ཡུམ་གྱི་ཞལ་ནས་ཐོན་ཏེ་རང་གི་ཡུམ་གྱི་ཞལ་དུ་ཞུགས་པ་ནས་སྔར་བཞིན་བར་མེད་དུ་འཁོར་བ་ལ་དམིགས་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་དྲིལ་བ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ཁ་དོ་ལྔ་ལྡན་འཕྲོས་ཏེ་རྒྱལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལ་མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་གཟི་བྱིན་དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྔ་ལྡན་འོད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ཏེ། བདག་མདུན་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་ བསམ་པ་དང་། འོད་ཟེར་མར་འཕྲོས་པས་ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལས་ཉོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བ་མོ་ལ་ཉི་ཟེར་ཕོག་པ་ལྟར་སངས་ཀྱིས་དག་པར་བྱས་ནས། སྣང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞིང་ཁམས་དང་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་། སྲིད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མོའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ཀུན་གྱིས་དབྱངས་གཅིག་དང་དགོངས་པ་གཅིག་གི་ངང་ནས་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་བུང་བ་ཚང་ཞིག་པ་ལྟར་འུར་ཏི་རི་རི་སྒྲོགས་པས་སྣང་སྲིད་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཡོ་ཞིང་འཕར་ལྡེག་ཏུ་འགུལ་བར་བསམ་པ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་ལས་སྦྱོར་ལ་རྣམ་གྲངས་མང་དུ་ཡོད་ཀྱང་སྤྱིར་བཏང་ཙམ་དུ་ལས་བཞིའི་དམིགས་པ་ནི སྔ་དྲོའི་དུས་སུ་བདག་མདུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས་པས། རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ་ཏེ ཐུགས་དམ་གྱི་རྒྱུད་རབ་ཏུ་བསྐུལ་ནས་དེ་དག་གི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕྲིན་ལས་མི་ཟད་པ་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་དབང་བྱིན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཕུང་དཀར་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་ཚུར་འདུས་ཏེ་བདག་མདུན་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ཞི་བའི་དབང་དང་མཐུ་ནུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་བསམ་པ་ ༄༅། །དང་། སླར་ཡང་འོད་ཕུང་དཀར་པོ་འཕྲོས་པས་འགྲོ་བ་རིགས་དྲུག་ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕོག་པས་དེ་དག་གི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བག་ཆགས་ལས་ཉོན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་ཀྱིས་དག་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷའི་སྐུ་ཤ་སྟག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །རྒྱས་པའི་དམིགས་པ་ནི།ཉིན་གུང་གི་དུས་སུ་བདག་མདུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་གསེར་མདོག་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོས་པས། དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ལྷ་དང་དྲང་སྲོང་རིག་འཛིན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས། འབྱུང་བ་ལྔའི་དྭངས་བཅུད་ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་དཔལ་དང་འབྱོར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཕུང་སེར་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་བྱུང་ནས་བདག་མདུན་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ཚེ་བསོད་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱས་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དབང་གི་དམིགས་པ་ནི། དགོང་མོའི་དུས་སུ་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་ཁ་དོག་ལྟར་འབར་བ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོས་པས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཕུང་དམར་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་བསྡུས་ཏེ་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ་པས་དབང་བྱིན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྫོགས་ པར་བསམ་པ་དང་། ཡང་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་ལྕགས་ཀྱུའི་དབྱིབས་ཅན་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོས་པས་ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་སྣང་སྲིད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་མི་གསུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་བསྡུས་ཏེ་མདུན་དུ་འཁོད་པ་དང་མཉམ་དུ། སྲོག་སྙིང་དམར་ལྷུད་ཀྱི་ཁ་ནས་སྐྱུགས་ཏེ་རང་གི་རྐང་མཐིལ་དུ་ཐིམ་པས་རང་དབང་མེད་པར་བྲན་དུ་འཆིང་བར་བསམ་པ་དང་། གལ་ཏེ་གནོད་ཅིང་གདུག་རྩུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་འཆང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་བོར་རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཕུང་དམར་པོ་བབ་པས་གནམ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རུ་གྱུར་ཏེ་དམ་ལ་གནས་ན་དམ་ཚིག་གི་རྟེན་དུ་གྱུར་པ་དང་། དམ་ལས་ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ན་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་ནག་པོ་རུ་གྱུར་ཏེ་སྙིང་ཁྲག་བརླག་པར་བྱེད་པའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ཀུན་གྱི་དཔའ་ཟིལ་བཅོམ་ནས་བྲན་དུ་ཁས་བླངས་ཏེ་དམ་ལ་གནས་པར་བསམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དྲག་པོའི་དམིགས་པ་ནི མཚན་མོ་དྲག་པོའི་དུས་སུ་རང་ཉིད་ལྷར་གསལ་བའི་སྐུ་ལས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་མཚོན་ཆ་དང་ཐུན་རྫས་ཐོག་སེར་རླུང་ནག་འཚུབས་པ་ལྟར་འཕྲོས་པས་གཟུགས་ཡོད་གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་དགྲ་བགེགས་གདུག་པ་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་མེ་སྟག་ཆུས་བསད་པ་ལྟར་དང་། ཤ་མོང་ལ་སེར་བ་ཕོག་པ་ལྟར་དུམ་བུར་གཏུབས་ཏེ་ཁྲོ་ཆུང་ལྕགས་སྡིག་བྱ་ཁྱུང་ ༄༅། །དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོས་པས་ཤ་ཁྲག་རུས་པའི་ཕུང་པོ་ལྷག་མེད་དུ་ཟོས། མེ་དཔུང་འབར་བས་བསྲེགས། སྤུ་གྲིའི་རླུང་གིས་གཏོར་ནས་རྗེས་ལྷག་ཙམ་ཡང་མ་ལུས་པར་བསམ། དེ་དག་གི་རྣམ་ཤེས་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་འཁྲུལ་མི་ཤེས་པའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་བསྒྲལ་བར་ཡང་ཡང་བསམ། དེ་ལྟར་ལུས་ལྷ་རུ་བསྒོམ་པས་སྐུ་བུམ་པའི་དབང་ཐོབ། ངག་གིས་སྔགས་བཟླས་པས་གསུང་གསང་བའི་དབང་ཐོབ། ཡིད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་གདངས་དང་མ་བྲལ་བས་ཐུགས་ཤེས་རབ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཐོབ། ལྷ་དང་རང་སྣང་གཉིས་མེད་དུ་རྟོགས་པས་ཚིག དབང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཐོབ་སྟེ། དབང་བཞི་ཡང་གཅིག་ཆར་དུ་རྫོགས་པ་ཡིན ལར་སྒྲུབ་པའི་གནས་དང་དུས་དང་གྲོགས་དང་རྫས་དང་སྔགས་དང་ཡོ་བྱད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གསང་དགོས། གསང་བ་འཆོལ་ན་དངོས་གྲུབ་མི་བྱུང་ཞིང་བར་ཆད་འཇུག་ཉེ་བ་ཡིན་པས་ཤིན་ཏུ་གསང་བ་

安住。（从）本母之口而出，进入自己本母之口，如是无间断地专注于轮回，一心一意地专注于此，即是修持。从咒鬘中发出五彩光芒，供养诸佛，令其身语意喜悦。祈请慈悲、加持、光辉、权力和成就，以五彩光芒的形式降临。观想融入自身和前方，从而获得一切权力和成就。 并观想光芒向外照射，使三界一切众生的业、烦恼、罪障、习气等，如阳光照在雾气上一般，彻底清净。一切显现皆成为净土和宫殿，一切存在皆成为天神和天女的自性。一切众生以同一声音和同一意念，发出如蜂巢崩裂般的嗡嗡咒语声，使显有和世间的一切都震动、跳动和摇摆，此乃伟大的修持。之后，事业仪轨有多种，但总的来说，四种事业的观想是：在上午，从自身和前方本尊心间的咒鬘中发出无量光芒，照射十方。供养诸佛菩萨，令其心愿圆满，并恳请其身语意功德事业无尽庄严轮的权能、加持、成就、智慧和功德，全部化为白色光团，融入自身和前方，从而获得息灭的权能和威力。 再次观想白色光团照射六道众生和三界一切有情，使他们的罪障、习气、烦恼和痛苦全部清净，化为智慧本尊之身。增益的观想是：在中午，从自身和前方本尊心间发出无量金色光芒。祈请三世诸佛菩萨的身语意功德事业，以及天神、仙人和持明者的一切寿命和福德，五大元素之精华，三界一切众生的寿命、福德、威严和财富，全部化为黄色光团，显现于自身前方。

Abiding. (Emerging) from the mouth of the original mother and entering the mouth of one's own original mother, thus continuously focusing on samsara without interruption, with single-minded devotion, is practice. From the garland of mantras, rays of five-colored light emanate, offering pleasing offerings to the Buddhas, delighting their body, speech, and mind. Inviting compassion, blessings, radiance, power, and all accomplishments in the form of five-colored light. Contemplating that they dissolve into oneself and the front, thereby obtaining all power and accomplishments. And contemplating that the light shines outward, purifying all the karma, afflictions, sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies of all sentient beings in the three realms, like sunlight dispelling fog. All appearances become pure lands and palaces, and all existence becomes the nature of gods and goddesses. All beings, with one voice and one intention, emit the sound of mantras like the bursting of a beehive, causing all of existence and the world to tremble, pulsate, and sway, this is the great practice. Thereafter, there are many kinds of activity rituals, but in general, the visualization for the four activities is: In the morning, from the garland of mantras in the heart of oneself and the front deity, countless rays of light emanate, shining in the ten directions. Offering pleasing offerings to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, fulfilling their vows, and requesting the power, blessings, accomplishments, wisdom, and merits of the inexhaustible adornment wheel of their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, all transforming into a white mass of light, dissolving into oneself and the front, thereby obtaining the power and strength of pacification. Again, contemplating that the white mass of light shines upon all sentient beings of the six realms and the three realms, purifying all their sins, obscurations, habitual tendencies, afflictions, and sufferings, transforming them into the body of wisdom deities. The visualization for increasing is: At noon, from the heart of oneself and the front deity, countless golden rays of light emanate. Requesting all the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, as well as all the life and merit of gods, sages, and vidyadharas, the essence of the five elements, and all the life, merit, glory, and wealth of all sentient beings in the three realms, all transforming into a yellow mass of light, appearing in front of oneself.

融入空性之中，思维寿命、福德、财富、智慧、功德一切增长。灌顶之观想：傍晚时分，放射出如红宝石般燃烧的无量红色光芒，将十方诸佛连同佛子全部摄集为红色光团融入自身，思维圆满一切灌顶加持与成就。又放射出无量红色光芒，其形状如铁钩，将三界有情、显有世间的天、魔、人三者全部摄集，与安住于前方同时，从命根红血的口中呕吐出来，融入自己的脚底，思维不由自主地束缚为奴仆。如果所有怀有损害和残酷之心者，从自己的心间降下红色光团于其头顶，变成天铁金刚，安住于誓言则成为誓言之所依，如果违背誓言，则变成黑色的铁蝎子，成为毁灭心血之自性。思维摧毁一切的威猛，承诺作为奴仆而安住于誓言。猛烈的观想是：夜晚猛烈之时，从自身明观为本尊之身中，放射出如暴风雨般的化身兵器和法器，如冰雹、黑风般席卷，将所有有形无形的敌人、魔障、凶恶者，如水灭火星般，又如冰雹击打蘑菇般斩为碎片，忿怒铁蝎、大鹏鸟，放射出无量光芒，吞噬殆尽血肉骨骸之堆。燃烧的火焰焚烧，用剃刀之风摧毁，思维不留一丝痕迹。又再三思维将它们的意识超度到法界无谬的境界中。如是观想身体为本尊，获得身宝瓶灌顶。以语诵持咒语，获得语秘密灌顶。心与智慧之音声不分离，获得意智慧智慧灌顶。证悟本尊与自现无二无别，获得词 灌顶宝，四种灌顶也同时圆满。一般来说，修行的地方、时间、同伴、物品、咒语和用具等等都必须保密。如果泄露秘密，就不会产生证悟，而且容易产生障碍，所以要非常保密。

By dissolving into emptiness, contemplate that all life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and virtues increase. The visualization for empowerment: In the evening, countless red rays of light, blazing like the color of a ruby, emanate and gather all the Buddhas of the ten directions, together with their sons, into a mass of red light that dissolves into oneself, contemplating the completion of all empowerment blessings and accomplishments. Again, countless red rays of light in the shape of iron hooks emanate and gather all beings of the three realms, the gods, demons, and humans of phenomenal existence, and as they stand before you, they vomit their life essence of red blood from their mouths and it dissolves into the soles of your feet, contemplating that they are involuntarily bound as servants. If all those who harbor harmful and cruel thoughts, a mass of red light descends from your heart onto the crown of their heads, transforming into a vajra of meteoric iron, and if they abide by their vows, it becomes the support of their vows, and if they break their vows, it transforms into a black iron scorpion, becoming the nature that destroys their heart's blood. Contemplate that you crush the valor of all and they pledge to be servants and abide by their vows. The fierce visualization is: At the fierce time of night, from your own body, clearly visualized as the deity, emanate emanated weapons and implements, like a storm of hail and black wind, and all enemies, obstacles, and malevolent beings, both with and without form, are cut into pieces like sparks extinguished by water, or like hail striking mushrooms, and the wrathful iron scorpion and garuda emanate countless rays of light, devouring the heaps of flesh, blood, and bones without remainder. The blazing fire burns, and the wind of razors destroys, contemplating that not even a trace remains. Again and again, contemplate that their consciousnesses are liberated into the realm of Dharma, the unerring sphere. Thus, by contemplating the body as the deity, one obtains the body vase empowerment. By reciting mantras with the voice, one obtains the speech secret empowerment. As the mind is inseparable from the sound of wisdom, one obtains the mind wisdom-jnana empowerment. By realizing the deity and one's own appearance as non-dual, one obtains the word empowerment jewel, and the four empowerments are also completed simultaneously. In general, all places, times, companions, substances, mantras, and implements for practice must be kept secret. If the secret is divulged, accomplishment will not arise and obstacles are likely to occur, so it must be kept very secret.
