ཐེར་ལེགས་མཛད་ནས །འབུ་མིན་འབུ་རྒན་ནག་རའི་ལྟོ་བ་བཞིན ཤོག་དཀར་ངོས་ལ་དམར་ནག་ཕྱག་བྲིས་མཛོད། །ཨ་ལ་ཀུ་རེ་ཡིན་ནོ་རིགས་ལྡན་གཉིས། །ཨ་ མཚར་ཡིག་རིས་བཀོད་མཁན་མདོ་ཤོར་མ །ཨ་དོན་མན་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་མི་སྲིད་ཀྱང་། །ཨ་ལི་ཀ་ལིའི་སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་དྲྭ་བ་ལས། །ཨ་བྲའི་དུང་པོ་ལྟ་བུའི་དཀོན་པའི་ཆོས །ཨཱཪྻའི་སྒྱུ་འཕྲུལ་བདེ་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཀོད།། །། བཅོམ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོ་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་ཡུམ །ལྷན་སྐྱེས་རིག་པ་བདེ་ཆེན་གར་གྱི་དབང་། །དབྱེར་མེད་རིག་སྐུ་མངོན་གྱུར་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །པདྨ་ལས་འབྲེལ་བདེ ཆེན་འཁོར་ལོར་རོལ། །མྱུར་ལམ་གསང་ཆེན་ཨ་ནུ་ཡོ་ག་ཡི །ལམ་གྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཟུར་ཙམ་བྲི་བར་བརྩོན །དེ་ལ་འདིར་མྱུར་ལམ་འོག་སྒོ་ཁམས་གསུམ་རོལ་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཅུང་ཟད་བརྗོད་ན། རང་ལུས་ནུས་ལྡན་དུ་བྱས་ནས་རླུང་བཅུ་ལས་སུ་རུང་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པས་གཞན་ལུས་ཕྱག་རྒྱའི་གྲོལ་ལམ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ས་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པར་མི་ལྟོས་པར་གཅིག་ཅར་དུ་རྫོགས་ཚུལ་ནི། ཡབ་ཡུམ་ལྷར་གསལ་བའི་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་རླུང་སྟོང་ཉིད་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་ནས་འོག་རླུང་ཅུང་ཟད་འཐེན དལ་བུས་དྲངས་ནས་ལྟེ་བའི་ཨ་ཤད་ལ་ཕོག་པས་མེ་ཆེར་མཆེད་ནས་དབུ་མའི་ལམ་བརྒྱུད་དེ་སྤྱི་བོའི་ཧཾ་ལ་ཕོག །འོད་ཟེར་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས་པས་རྒྱལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལ་མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ། ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དགྱེས་པ་བསྐང་། ཐུགས་རྗེ་བྱིན་རླབས་ ༄༅། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡོན་ཏན་དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོའི་རྣམ་པར་ཚུར་བསྡུས་ནས་སྤྱི་བོའི་ཧཾ་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་བསམ། ཡུམ་གྱི་གྷནྡེའི་རླབས་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས ཡབ་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་བསྐུལ་ནས་ཧཾ་ཡིག་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་བབས་ཏེ་སྤྱི་བོའི་རྩ་འཁོར་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱབ་པས། རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་བདེ་སྟོང་གི་རོས་ཚིམ་པར་དམིགས་པས་རང་གཞན་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་རྫོགས་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག །དགའ་བའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་སྣང་སྟོང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོ་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིང་བུམ་དབང་གི་ངོ་བོ་རྫོགས། མགྲིན་པར་ཁྱབ་པས་པདྨ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་བདེ་སྟོང་གི་རོས་ཚིམས་ནས་རང་གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་རྫོགས་སྒྲིབ་པ་དག །མཆོག་དགའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གོང་འཕེལ་དུ་གྱུར་ནས གསལ་སྟོང་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིང་གསང་དབང་གི་ངོ་བོ་རྫོགས། ཐིག་ལེ་སྙིང་གར་བབས་པས་བུདྡྷ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་མཉེ

善哉！犹如黑蜂腹，于白纸之上，书写红黑字。啊啦咕热，具种二者是。啊。 奇妙字画作者堕道者，啊，深奥口诀虽不可能，然从啊里嘎里的幻网中，如兔角般的稀有法，由圣者的幻化安乐金刚所造。 顶礼薄伽梵金刚亥母，虚空之母，俱生觉性大乐舞自在，无别觉智身显现黑汝嘎，莲花业系安乐大轮中嬉戏。速道大密阿努瑜伽之，略书道之功德少分。于此略说速道下门三界嬉戏道之功德。自身作能，能使十气之瑜伽士，依他身手印解脱道，不待地道次第，顿然圆满之理是： 于父母双尊明观之交合处，以智慧气等持于空性，下气稍摄，缓引触及脐间啊字，火大燃，经由中脉，触及顶间吽（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。光芒四射十方，供养令诸佛之身语意喜悦之供，圆满诸佛之意喜，慈悲加持。 一切智慧功德权能与成就，皆观想收摄为白光，融入顶间吽（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。以母之甘露浪潮力，催动父之安乐，从吽（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字降下甘露之流，遍布顶轮一切脉轮，观想金刚部之黑汝嘎等之意以乐空之味满足，自他一切有情之二资圆满，清净二障。现证欢喜之智慧，现证显空不二之大智慧，圆满宝瓶灌顶之体性。 甘露遍布于喉间，莲花部之黑汝嘎等之意以乐空之味满足，自他一切有情之二资圆满，清净二障。胜喜之智慧增上，现证明空大乐之智慧，圆满秘密灌顶之体性。明点降至心间，佛部之黑汝嘎等之意喜悦

The wisdom of supreme joy increases, the wisdom of clear emptiness and great bliss is manifested, and the nature of the secret empowerment is perfected. The bindu descends to the heart, the minds of the Herukas of the Buddha family are pleased.
