From the three syllables (Sumlé), the light of the essence of the three-syllable mantra shines, From the Western Pure Land of Bliss and the Southern Cave of Power, the Bhagavan Swift-Acting Queen of Victory, arises as the Wisdom Illusion Body, in the form of the Goddess of Power, Descend here, as the deity of generation, vow and wisdom inseparable, becoming one taste. Then bestow great blessings: Hūṃ Hrīḥ (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: हुं ह्रीः, Romanization: hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ Hrīḥ). In the pure realm of Western Bliss, from the lotus palace of power, the Ḍākinī who subdues the three realms, the Bhagavan Knowledge-Holder Queen of Victory, along with the retinue of action-performing Ḍākinīs, please invite and descend to this place. Hair tufts pointed, precious ornaments glittering, the secret language of the Ḍākinīs resounding, blessings like dense clouds, accomplishments pouring down like heavy rain, from the non-abiding wisdom mandala, bless the fortunate three doors, bestow the great blessing of subduing the three realms, may appearance and awareness be perfected as the mudrā of the deity, may sound and vibration be purified as the mantra of great bliss, may memory and cognition ripen into great wisdom, bestow the great blessing of the rainbow body, bless the three doors as vajra, please bestow blessings in this supreme place, grant me, the supreme practitioner, the four empowerments, Dispel obstacles and hindrances from heretics, grant the supreme and common accomplishments of Sukhasiddhi. Then indicate the empowerment mandala: You cast the flower to the deities of the mandala, if it falls in the east, it is the great power of Vajra, if it falls in the south, it is the king of precious power, if it falls in the west, it is the lotus vidyādhara, if it falls in the north, it is the karma lord of power, if it falls in the center, it is the Buddha lord of power, if it falls in the southeast, it is the accomplishment of life power, if it falls in the southwest, it is Mañjuśrī lord of power, if it falls in the northwest, it is Hayagrīva king of power, if it falls in the northeast, it is pure all-power, etc., do not forget the secret names of your respective families.
