Homage and praise to the Perfect! The secret mind, the sole realm free from elaboration, Realizing all phenomena as equalness. The spontaneously accomplished body and the glorious essence of wisdom, Homage and praise to the perfection of the mind's qualities! Possessing the three liberations, the Perfection of Wisdom, The power of knowledge, love, and ability, the dance of compassion, The source of all attainments, the Great Secret, Homage and praise to the glory of complete qualities! Primordially enlightened, yet for the sake of those to be tamed, Compassionate and skillful, establishing the doctrine for the happiness of beings. Opening the gates of secret mantra dharma with various emanations, Homage and praise to the inconceivable activity! The body is the unchanging body of Vajradhara, The speech is the unceasing, self-arisen symbolic speech, The mind is the unwavering, inexpressible mind of the Dharmakaya, Praise to the lineage lord possessing body, speech, and mind! Furthermore, in the self-appearing, spontaneously accomplished mandala, The magical display of wisdom's play manifests as deities. Hundreds of thousands of dakinis of the five families, Those who perform actions, protect the gates, the ocean of oath-bound ones, And the mighty Ging, heroes, heroines, and their retinues, Homage and praise to the deities of the complete mandala! Then, the confession: ஹோ （HO）! We, being under the power of ignorance, Have contradicted and broken the heart of the dakinis, With intense regret, we confess and repent! Purify, restore, and grant attainments! Oṃ Vajrasattva Samaya (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रसत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva samayaḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajrasattva, Vow) and so on, recite completely.
