从生世以来所积累的业、烦恼、习气、戒律、学处、誓言，全部在坛城诸尊的面前，以强烈的后悔心忏悔；自己和他人三世所积累和将要积累的一切善妙事物，都随喜；祈请诸佛转动与众生根器相应的法轮；祈请他们直到众生未空之间，不入涅槃，住世百劫；将三世所积累的一切善根，毫无亲疏偏颇地回向给所有未成佛的众生，想着：要将一切众生安置于同一原始怙主之位。

Confessing with intense remorse before the mandala deities all the karma, afflictions, habitual tendencies, vows, trainings, and broken samayas accumulated from lifetimes; rejoicing in all the virtuous things accumulated and to be accumulated by myself and others in the three times; urging the victorious ones to turn the wheel of Dharma in accordance with the realms and powers of beings; requesting them not to pass into nirvana until sentient beings are empty, but to remain for hundreds of kalpas; dedicating all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times to all sentient beings without partiality, thinking: May all beings be placed in the state of the primordial protector.

Do! Diligently engage in the four types of giving during the six times, Properly uphold the Dharma of the outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, Do not abandon the mind of enlightenment, Abide greatly in the vows, Diligently engage in outer, inner, and secret offerings, Root, supreme body, speech, and mind, Branch, general and specific vows, From today onwards, I will protect, I pray that the assemblies of gods and lamas, May accomplish according to the Dharma. Then, giving the vow water: Ho. This is the vow water blessed by Vajrapani, Pour it into the mouth of you fortunate ones, By guarding the vows, may you obtain all siddhis, And attain the stage of vidyadhara in this life, If you break them, You will fall into hell, Therefore, do not transgress the vows, Hold them as the stake of your life, Recite "Vajra Samaya Naraka (藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र समय नरक，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya naraka，汉语字面意思：Vajra Vow Hell)" and take three sips of nectar, Think that you have obtained all the siddhis of body, speech, and mind. From within emptiness, in an instant, through the power of the samadhi of illusion-like self and front, all the diseases, demons, sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies in the disciple's continuum, together with the aggregates of flesh and blood, are destroyed in the expanse like a magical wheel dissolving into space, and transformed into the nature of the Dharmadhatu, free from elaboration.
