具力无形之敌魔降伏回遮，教法持有者延寿，修法障碍回遮，四百种疾病等。萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）， 将敌魔作祟者，转移到他们身上，回遮！诶 萨玛雅 吼 吼 回遮回遮！如是精勤于此猛烈回遮，修法者内外障碍息灭，无论着手何事，定能无碍成办。萨玛雅！诶玛！我耶谢措嘉如是之女子，为后世追随者之利益，取出毗陀达玛之精华口诀，我向金刚颅鬘力请教，为未来之利益，立下不变之誓言，嘱托给具足愿力之寂静海，莫忘传扬，获得珍宝之广大伏藏。未来二十卡惹之时，浊世众生之心被魔所转，沉溺于互相劫掠战争，出现前所未有之各种武器，自他皆不愿，却自行造作，边地妖魔之邪愿于藏地兴盛，对一切修法制造种种障碍，邪魔伪装成人，装作是佛法，十善之修行如晨雾般消散，无善之罪恶如黑潮般泛滥，令众多众生于歧途迷茫游荡，魔之化身邪愿如顶髻之宝般依恋，对如法修行者之身体加害，自他今生来世，造作毁灭之种种恶业，殊胜善知识之寿命、教法、政权衰败，众生中出现前所未有之种种瘟疫，彼等由时势与自作之因缘所生，医药治疗又怎能奏效？如是等等恶时彰显自身之征兆之时，汝之化身苏卡班杂居家之相，莲花部族中兔年或龙年之人，三处阿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），当（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）与哈日等，呢萨 梭哈等文字显现，成为调伏人魔铁蝎之威德，以平凡之形象，由愿力所生，若不被邪愿萨迦之因缘所转，方便伴侣殊胜三宝四瑜伽法主十位，与具缘弟子数百相遇后，此法之教法于三处地方兴盛，与此处相遇者之寿命、教法障碍消除，二利事业成就，事业圆满，愿与具缘具业之人相遇，与无缘邪见者

May the powerful, formless enemies and obstructors be subdued and averted! May the life of the upholders of the teachings be prolonged, and may obstacles to Dharma practice be averted! Avert, avert! By diligently applying this profound and fierce aversion, may the outer and inner obstacles of Dharma practitioners be pacified! May all endeavors be accomplished without hindrance! Samaya! Ema! I, Yeshe Tsogyal, a woman like myself, for the sake of future followers, extracted the essence of the Bito Tamma's oral instructions. I requested it from Vajra Thötreng Tsal. For the sake of the future, I established an unchanging symbol. I entrusted it to the auspicious and radiant Shyiwa Tso. Do not neglect to spread it, and may you obtain the vast treasure of preciousness. In the future, during the time of twenty Kharas, the minds of beings in the degenerate age will be transformed by demons, indulging only in mutual robbery and warfare. Various weapons that have never existed before will appear. Self and others will be unwilling, yet they will create it themselves. The perverse aspirations of border demons will flourish in Tibet, creating various obstacles for all Dharma practices. Evil spirits will disguise themselves as humans, pretending to be Dharma. The practice of the ten virtues will vanish like morning mist. The darkness of non-virtue and countless sins will overflow like a black tide, causing many beings to wander astray in delusion. The emanations of demons and perverse aspirations will be cherished like jewels on the crown. They will harm the bodies of those who practice Dharma properly, causing various non-virtuous actions that destroy both self and others in this life and the next. The lives of virtuous spiritual friends, the Dharma, and the political power will decline. Unprecedented epidemics will spread among beings. These will arise from the circumstances of the times and self-created causes. How can medical treatment be effective? At such times when evil manifests its own signs, your emanation, Sukha Vajra, will appear as a householder. From the Lotus family, born in the year of the Rabbit or Dragon. The three places A (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), Tam (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) and Hari, etc., Ni Sa Svaha, etc., will display letters. As the glory of subduing human demons and iron scorpions, in an ordinary form, arising from the power of aspiration. If not transformed by the circumstances of perverse aspirations and Sakya, the skillful companion, the supreme Three Jewels, the four yogas, and the ten Dharma lords, after encountering hundreds of fortunate disciples, the teachings of this Dharma will flourish in three regions. May the life and Dharma obstacles of those who encounter this be cleared away! May the two benefits be accomplished, and may the activities be perfected! May I meet those who are fortunate and have karmic connections! And those who are unfortunate and have wrong views

TI1396-112 工Om: The Torma Throwing Zod: Hum Bhyo: Listen and consider, those with wisdom eyes; I cannot tolerate being attacked by enemies; Therefore, I am diligent in fierce activities; I invoke the power and abilities of the gods and protectors; With this fierce red Torma, direct the Zod; Do not throw the fierce Zod at the gods above; Direct the fierce Zod head towards the enemies and obstacles; Do not throw the fierce Zod at the Nyen in the middle; Fierce Zod head, enemies and obstacles; Do not throw the fierce Zod at the Nagas below; Fierce Zod head; The gods residing on the right side, lean to the right; Fierce Zod head; The gods residing on the left side, lean to the left; Fierce Zod head, towards the bodies of those enemies and obstacles standing directly in front; Fierce Zod head; Do not hesitate, do not delay, assembly of gods and protectors; Now arise in fierce and terrifying forms; Strike the enemies with the sharp edge of the cursed weapon Zod; Destroy the Rakshasas and barbarian border armies who destroy the Buddhist teachings; And the races of Chinese ghosts and demons who destroy Tibet; With the fierce activity of completely annihilating and killing; Reduce them to dust without leaving any trace or remnant; Just like an arrow shot that does not return; Strike the enemies with the fierce red Zod head; Strike the enemies who hate; Strike the obstacles that harm; The time for the vow has come, Samaya; At the end of the razor mantra; Upon the life force of the Rakshasas who destroy the Buddhist teachings, the harmful enemies and obstacles, Maraya Phob Ja Phob Ja (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: मारय phoḥ jaḥ phoḥ jaḥ，Kill Strike Strike); After reciting thus, all the Tormas transform into the nature of fierce cursed weapons, for all the visible and invisible enemies and obstacles of the border people, Upper Mongols, Hara Black, etc., who harm and injure the Buddhist teachings, their life force, power, and enjoyment, all like hail striking a mass of flesh, completely destroy them without leaving any trace.
