聚集在一起，为了追随空行母，宣说了寿命轮的口诀，有缘分的儿子啊，请享用吧！萨玛雅！这是书写此实修方法，星象兴盛吉日上弦时，最好是国王和祭司相聚之时，书写之基为无损的药纸，最好是有能力的上师、善知识，中等是富裕者，不是男女仆人的有福之人。甚至在无瑕疵的蓝色纸上，用第一等珍宝或者朱砂，依靠的物质是月亮甘露和聚集的物质，太阳绿松石油脂，或者无瑕疵的甘露，以及世间的朱刚（Cugaṅ，一种藏药）红白莲花血，混合六种妙药。自身处于具有本尊显现的状态中，面向西方，依次书写外围，中间书写空行母的心命，外面：祈愿三身空行母之主母，空行母益西措嘉的魂魄安住，祈愿寿命稳固，萨瓦 萨玛雅 呸 扎 谛 扎 连！（Sarva Samaya Phem Dza Tiṣṭha Lhan!，一切誓言 呸 扎 安住 连！）。其外第一圈，八瓣莲花的中心，从东方开始，用有头藏文字母书写：嗡 班杂 嘉纳 达吉尼 萨ra 扎 亚 邦 哈日尼 萨ra 匝 赫利 亚 泽达 吽 吽 匝 匝 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽 阿！（Oṃ Vajra Jñāna Ḍākinī Sara Ja Ya Baṃ Hariṇi Sara Tsa Hrīḥ Ya Citta Hriṃ Hriṃ Ja Ja Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ Āḥ，嗡 Vajra智慧 空行母 Sara 生 呀 Baṃ Hariṇi Sara 匝 Hrīḥ 呀 心 Hriṃ Hriṃ 生 生 一切 成就 果 吽 阿！）。其外第二圈：嗡 班杂 嘉纳 达吉尼 萨ra 扎 亚 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！（Oṃ Vajra Jñāna Ḍākinī Sara Ja Ya Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ，嗡 Vajra智慧 空行母 Sara 生 呀 一切 成就 果 吽！）。祈请赐予我等持有者殊胜的成就，获得对风心二者和生起融入二者的自在，成熟为虹身大迁转之身，在此生获得无迁转大印殊胜的成就。其外第三圈：嗡 布达 达吉尼 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！（Oṃ Buddha Ḍākinī Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ，嗡 佛陀 空行母 一切 成就 果 吽！）。嗡 班杂（Oṃ Vajra，嗡 金刚）等。嗡 惹那（Oṃ Ratna，嗡 珍宝）等。嗡 贝玛（Oṃ Padma，嗡 莲花）等。嗡 嘎玛（Oṃ Karma，嗡 事业）等。祈请现在就赐予我等持有者身语意功德事业无尽庄严轮的灌顶和一切成就。嗡 阿 吽 啥 梭哈！（Oṃ Āḥ Bhrūṃ A Duḥ Svāhā，嗡 阿 吽 啥 梭哈！）。其外第四圈，四瓣莲花的中心，依次书写 扎 吽 邦 霍！（Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ，招 吽 邦 霍！）。其外第五圈，书写四种事业的祈愿词和结尾。其外第六圈，书写元音辅音和缘起咒。其外第七圈，书写五种智慧族的印记，外面用五种光芒围绕。其外第八圈，用智慧火焰围绕。

Gathering together, in order to follow the Ḍākinīs, the instructions for the wheel of life are taught. Fortunate sons, enjoy them! Samaya! This is the method for writing this practice: on an auspicious day when the stars are favorable and the waxing moon is present, or best, when the king and priest are together. The base for writing should be flawless medicinal paper. Best is a capable lama, a virtuous spiritual friend; intermediate is a wealthy person; least is a fortunate person who is not a male or female servant. Even on flawless blue paper, use first-class jewels or vermillion. The supporting substance is moon nectar, and the gathering substance is sun turquoise oil. Or flawless nectar, and worldly Cugaṅ (a Tibetan medicine), red and white lotus blood, mixed with the six excellent substances. While in a state of deity appearance, turn your face to the west and write the outer circles in order as follows: In the center, write the heart-essence of the Ḍākinīs. Outside: May the life force of the queen of the three kāyas of the Ḍākinīs, Ḍākinī Yeshe Tsogyal, be present! May the life be stable! Sarva Samaya Phem Dza Tiṣṭha Lhan! Outside that, in the first circle, in the center of the eight-petaled lotus, starting from the east, write in capital Tibetan letters: Oṃ Vajra Jñāna Ḍākinī Sara Ja Ya Baṃ Hariṇi Sara Tsa Hrīḥ Ya Citta Hriṃ Hriṃ Ja Ja Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ Āḥ! May the holder of this receive the supreme accomplishment, gain mastery over the two, wind and mind, and the two, arising and dissolving, mature into the body of the great rainbow transformation, and in this very life, may the supreme, unchanging great seal accomplishment be granted. Outside that, in the third circle: Oṃ Buddha Ḍākinī Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ! Oṃ Vajra, etc. Oṃ Ratna, etc. Oṃ Padma, etc. Oṃ Karma, etc. May the empowerment and all the accomplishments of the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities be granted to the holder of this, right now! Oṃ Āḥ Bhrūṃ A Duḥ Svāhā! Outside that, in the fourth circle, in the center of the four-petaled lotus, write in order: Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ! Outside that, in the fifth circle, write the supplications for the four activities, including the conclusion. Outside that, in the sixth circle, arrange the vowels, consonants, and the heart of dependent origination. Outside that, in the seventh circle, surround the seals of the five wisdom families with the radiance of the five lights. Outside that, in the eighth circle, surround it with the flames of wisdom.
