The instruction on the rainbow body Dharmakāya is taught. It is said that, from beginningless and endless lifetimes, based on pure morality, through the gate of the six pāramitās such as generosity, with pure causes, accumulating the accumulation of merit, and cultivating the correct, definitive view, practicing accordingly, accumulating the accumulation of wisdom. Like this, accumulating the two accumulations like an ocean, and relying on connecting with good aspirations, relying on the blessings of the lineage-holding lama, for fortunate and destined individuals, it becomes the only place of practice. Moreover, for those who lack faith and diligence, and whose faculties are inferior, even if they strive for eons, it is difficult to see the true meaning of this Dharma as it is. Therefore, without being defiled by any faults of conceptual mind, relying on the key instruction of recognizing the great self-arisen wisdom, the original emptiness, the state of being without root, thereby recognizing the wisdom luminosity spontaneously accomplished, abiding in the ground state, is a profound and swift path. That is, the unsurpassed secret Vajrayāna, is the root of all paths, the essence of all Dharma essence, the ultimate place of liberation of all fruits, the means of manifesting the wisdom spontaneously accomplished precious thought, or the key instruction of forcibly liberating all impure degenerate appearances into the realm of pure light rainbow body great transference, this is what is to be taught. Up to this point, the overall meaning has been explained. The intermediate virtue, that is, the content of the main text, is divided into two parts: preliminary and main practice. First, the preliminary practice is also divided into common outer preliminary practice and uncommon inner preliminary practice. First, through the four thoughts that turn the mind of the common outer preliminary practice, one must tame one's own mind stream well. No matter where one is born in samsara, it is the nature of suffering, the waves of suffering, unable to escape the whirlpool of suffering, without the slightest opportunity for happiness, one must have deep faith in this, and in order to obtain ultimate happiness, vow to practice pure Dharma, and make a firm determination to integrate life and practice, this firm determination is very important. Second, the uncommon inner preliminary practice, distinguishing between samsara and nirvana, has three ways: outer, inner, and secret. First, from the outer perspective, distinguishing between samsara and nirvana, practitioners who practice this Dharma, must first...

In order to make the clinging to the manifestations of the three doors naturally cease, go to a secluded place where there is no traffic of people and no visibility, where there is no fear of enemies and thieves, and no harm from non-humans and demons. Then, offer white torma to the white side of the local deities, and red torma to the black side, and entrust them with the task of eliminating hostility and cruelty, and accomplishing friendly and unobstructed activities. After that, thinking that all sentient beings, oneself and others, will attain a permanent state of not remaining in this life, generate the supreme bodhicitta, visualize the lama on the crown of your head, and offer heartfelt prayers. Finally, the external physical postures, walking, sitting, twisting back and forth, making various movements, and throwing the limbs in all directions, retracting them, etc., do whatever comes to mind. In particular, take into your own being the actions of the six realms, the suffering of heat and cold in hell, the suffering of hunger and thirst of pretas, the exploitation of animals, the fighting of asuras, the death and fall of gods, the birth, old age, sickness, and death of humans, and so on, and make those gestures without difficulty or weariness. The posture of speech is also the same, speaking without discrimination all the languages of those beings, everything that is thought and known in the mind. The mental thoughts, whether it is the suffering and afflictions of the six realms, the five poisons, the three poisons, etc., whatever good or bad thoughts arise, at the moment of arising, do not make any acceptance or rejection, or any modification, just like a madman going crazy, when the three doors are allowed to go naturally with this kind of behavior. When all the thoughts have flowed away like a burst dam, the three doors, in a weary state, become disgusted with samsara and focus on the meaning of dharmata. Finally, yourself clearly appears as the form of the teacher Shakyamuni Buddha, and rays of light emanate from the body, and like the sun dispelling darkness, all the places and imprints of the six realms disappear, and contemplate that the karma and imprints of all the beings residing there are purified. With the mouth, recite the Heart Sutra of the Prajnaparamita and so on, and contemplate that the ears of those beings hear inconceivable sounds of the Dharma, and that the mind of enlightenment is born in the continuum of all beings, and strive for that. Thus, in order to eliminate the clinging manifestations of the three doors, the physical and verbal pos
