我，三身觉性无谬误，自心不造作即是它。知晓吧，具种姓之子！然后交付食子，吽！法界清净虚空中，任运成就圆满食，五智庄严作装饰，圣母成就之所依，为具缘者灌顶，获得圆满四灌顶，于修持及坛城等，获得殊胜自在权。 根本咒：མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：महाबलिन्तसर्वअभिषिञ्चह्रीःस्वाहा，mahā baliṃta sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ svāhā，大祭品，一切，灌顶，诃利，梭哈）然后交付稳固之物及标志，为报答恩情献曼扎，承诺誓言，说吉祥语。业力主尊不可见之秘密要诀，此灌顶之事业次第圆满。萨玛雅！唉玛，稀有秘密之法，乃令具缘成熟解脱之道。莲花生大士，传授于我措嘉。虽等同珍爱之宝，然于具慧金刚寂静海，单传心髓，勿广传，藏为伏藏。未来五浊恶世时，汝之化身苏卡巴扎相遇时，定能成办二利。若未被恶时之缘所转，则方便友伴法主次第具足。开启六三之所化之门，催促空行母之符文而成熟。如是等等利生自然成。此灌顶得一次之人，若如法持有誓言，临终勇父空行母，前来迎接至极乐清净刹，转生于莲花庄严刹土。勿怀疑，萨玛雅！身语意之印，秘密印，甚深印，交付印，表义融入。此乃堪布诺布旺嘉，与书写者近侍楚臣多吉，及秋英卓玛等之请求，于末世伏藏师苏卡巴扎，在色寺寂静处，从无身空行母之幻化符文中抄录并清净缮写。善哉！善哉！ 苏卡巴扎TI1394-416 TI1394-416 3、吽！空行母之甚深祈请文。 唉玛霍！法性显现清净之基界中，于体验增上之密严法界刹，觉性圆满之金刚亥母身，祈请于法尽心逝之伟大者。光明本元之实相现前时，愿能证悟基道果之自性地， 一时。

In the pure expanse of dharmadhatu, Spontaneously accomplished perfect baliṃta, Adorned with the ornaments of the five wisdoms, The support for accomplishing the noble Queen Mother, By empowering the fortunate son, Having obtained the complete four empowerments, In all practices and mandalas, May you obtain supreme power and authority. Root Mantra: महाबलिन्तसर्वअभिषिञ्चह्रीःस्वाहा (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：mahā baliṃta sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ svāhā，great offering, all, consecrate, hrīḥ, svāhā) Then entrust the stable substances and symbols, To repay the kindness, offer a mandala, Vow to uphold the commitments, Speak auspicious words. The secret key of the invisible Karma Lord, The activity sequence of this empowerment is complete. Samaya! Ema, the wondrous secret Dharma, Is the path to ripen and liberate the fortunate. If not transformed by the conditions of evil times, Then the skillful means, companions, and Dharma lords will gradually gather. Open the door for those to be tamed in the six realms and three realms, Urge the dakinis' symbolic letters to ripen. Thus, the benefit of beings will naturally arise. The person who receives this empowerment once, If they uphold the commitments properly, At the time of death, the heroes and yoginis, Will come to greet them to the pure land of Great Bliss, And they will be reborn in the Lotus Adorned realm. Have no doubt, Samaya! The seal of body, speech, and mind, Secret seal, Profound seal, Entrustment seal, Symbolic dissolution. This was also at the request of Khenpo Norbu Wangyal, the scribe attendant Tsultrim Dorje, and Choying Dronma, the treasure revealer of the end times, Sukha Vajra, copied and purified from the illusory symbols of the formless dakinis in the secluded retreat of Ser Monastery. When the natural state of clear light is manifested, May I realize the self-ground of the basis, path, and result, At once.
