The great mandala of bodhichitta, great power, To the assembly of father and mother deities, I take refuge without separation. Three times. Generating bodhichitta: Ho! From the realm of dharmata, wisdom arises. Beings who are deluded, not knowing their own face. For the sake of realizing self-arisen wisdom, practice the union mandala. Three times. Bestowing the vows: Ho! Vajra master, please consider. For us fortunate and karmic ones, common and uncommon, please grant me the three trainings. According to your command, I will not violate the vows even for my life. I will perform according to the ritual. Three times. Then, the lama proclaims the vows: Ho! This is the vajra water of vows. By pouring this into your mouths, if you protect it, you will attain accomplishments in this life. If you break it, you will be burned by the vajra fire. Therefore, protect the vows as they are. Vajra samaya nara kana (藏文，梵文天城体，Vajra samaya nara kana，金刚誓言地狱). Thus, bestow the vow water. Then, bestowing the blindfold: In order to remove the cataract of ignorance, please visualize covering your face with a red silk cloth.
